It is absolutely top class service from day one to the end. I was very pleased with customer service I have received. Reception team is super attentive, kind and very approachable, they make sure that you are all fine with everything. Very quick response on every occasion and professionalism what I can say about them. Dentists are also very professional, I am very pleased with the whole dental practice. Whites Dental is a wonderful, clean, friendly and very knowledgable place I found on my way to work. I've had two cleaning and a filling done (chipped front tooth from many years ago). Pain-free and very comfortable procedure. The doctor made sure I am aware of every step and she made sure I am doing well during the visit. Very happy customer and will be a frequent customer.

Excellent service.. friendly staff from reception to the dentist and the entire team has been very attentive and customer oriented. This very nervous and one of the worst patient ever was very happy with the overall experience. They all made me feel welcome and at ease. Explained the procedures clearly and performed efficiently. I am very happy. Price is right too. Definitely recommended!

Imani arranged an emergency appointment for me very quickly. At the first appointment the dentist put in a temporary filling which made me much more comfortable until the oral surgeon removed the problem tooth a couple of days later. Having had a bad experience elsewhere with a wisdom tooth extraction, I was relieved by how calm, quick and painless everything was - thank you.

She kept going through every single detail and made me feel calm while working for hours! I already recommended them to a friend.

Had an appointment for a hygienist cleaning. While I'm not averse to dentist visits, they're not usually the most comfortable thing in the world, however my visit to Whites Dental was so relaxing and soothing, I was kind of sad when the cleaning was over, wishing it would last a bit longer - which is absurd, I know! The very nice background music helped. Also very nice and friendly service and communication from all members of staff.

To say that I am happy with the results and service is putting is not even close to describing how happy I am to have found a dentist that is patient and flexible and yet incredibly professional.
They accomodated my case exceptionally well, considering how time sensitive it was. Dr Chopra understood and made an exceptional effort to help me, and I am very grateful for this. I can't speak highly enough about her and her team.
I am feel like I have found people who I can trust and when it comes to teeth it's so hard to do! I hope whoever reads this finds them selves in the good hands I did.

I originally wrote a review saying that although I was very happy with the affordable check-up I received from a very friendly team, I was surprised to have had to pay for the X-ray I received alongside the check-up. This is down to a communication error.
Since then, I've emailed the team and written an earlier google review, stated as such. Their customer service has made me amend the review twice and change the stars from 3 to 5 due to the high quality of communication.
The team clearly care very much about the service they provide and will go to great lengths to ensure that you, as the paying customer, are satisfied. In my particular case, we organised a suitable time for me to come back in and receive a refund for the unexpected cost of the X-ray.
Thank you White's Dental for displaying fantastic customer service and showing such professionalism. I sincerely hope my review displays how happy I am with it! All the best.

I called up on a Monday morning for emergency tooth repair (a white filling had fallen out on my chipped front tooth) and had they were able to fit me in 3 hours later. The repair to the chipped tooth was excellent, the team highly professional and informative, and the room incredibly clean.

Imani arranged an emergency appointment for me when I had a wisdom tooth infection and was working away from him in London for the week. Everything was effortless, Imani was so lovely friendly and welcoming over the phone and when I arrived which put me at ease. Deepa the dentist was also lovely, she talked me through everything she was doing, informed me of the cost of anything she was doing and asked if I was happy to proceed with that and put me at ease throughout the whole experience. The cost was very reasonable for London and the service was exemplary. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone who needs urgent treatment like I did. Whole process end to end was seemless which is what you want when away from home, feeling rubbish and needing help. Thank you lots ladies!

Booked a check up and clean very last minute. Whites were very accommodating and very helpful during the phone call. Arrived to a warm welcome from Imani - very friendly staff. The dental treatment was first class with Xenia the dentist and Liga the nurse being very thorough with their treatment. Xenia provided very good information about my teeth and how i should care for them. Also did a a great job in the clean with zero pain due to her great technique. All in all a wonderful experience to say this was a google search and the first dentist I noticed. I will return. Pricing very competitive and no hard selling of products and services. Thank you Whites and the team.

I went there for a check-up. It seems like the dentist tried to sell me as much treatment as she could. She quoted £1,600 of treatment (including whitening, which I had said I did not want, a mouth guard because I mentioned in passing I grind my teeth, and fillings on the surface of any tooth that I had brushed a bit too hard) and asked me to book appointments to start this plan. There was no breakdown of what is urgent and what is extra. I went to the Waterloo NHS practice (they have good availability) for a second opinion and got charged £60. Shocking. This really takes advantage of patient's trust in practitioners.
That being said, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.
