I was suffering from alot of lower back and hip pain after my pregnancy including alot of pain in my neck/shoulder area. I was having pain for months and after 1 session with Poonam, most of my pain was gone! I couldn't believe it. Poonam really worked her magic on me. She doesn't waste time and gets down to the issue straight away. She explained everything clearly and also sent a detailed after care email. I've seen her for 2 sessions now and feel amazing. I had my first appointment today, Warren was extremely professional, polite and friendly.
Before the treatment, I was assessed and examined and explained in a very didactic way the source of my upper back and neck pain.
Warren as well made sure to that I was happy with the treatment that he suggested.
Additionally during the treatment I he checked if I was comfortable with the procedure and asked if I needed a break.
I am so far pleased with my first treatment.

I’ve been working with Poonam to help me with my migraines. She was quick to diagnose me and identify where my pain points were. Poonam made me feel so comfortable and she is so full of knowledge, patience and kindness. her hands are magic! I went to Poonam for an acute lower back pain which I had developed during the lockdown due to constant work from home. She was really on the spot with her diagnosis of the problem and in a few sessions the issue was almost resolved. I must say she is a through professional and used all the necessary PPE and other sanitation measures and I felt absolutely safe and confident for getting treatments done from her. I would highly recommend her.

I found MHV through Facebook following on other reccomendations on treating back pain. I was treated by the amazing Poonam Shah for hip pain that I had been suffering for a few years and after just one session I felt a massive difference and found that it improved my fitness levels. Since then I've also had few sessions whilst being pregnant and again I've felt a huge difference. Througout the sessions Poonam made me feel relaxed and talked me though the treatment and I always look forward to getting the treatment. The service was impeccable, professional and just amazing! Definitely reccomend to anyone that has been suffering any pain.

I have suffered with lower back pain for about 4yrs and resigned myself to the fact the pain was normal after childbirth and maybe just the result of the epidural. I also suffered from headaches for many years. After trying Physiotherapy on and off with no results I started to look for other options. I came across Medical Home Visit, read reviews and watched a number of their patients glow with happiness at finally being free from pain. I wanted that to be a reality for me!! I booked in with Poonam as soon as I could and was pleasantly surprised to get a diagnosis immediately. I booked in for additional appointments and left feeling great after my first treatment. Aftercare is amazing. I was given an exercise plan that actually works! :-)
Not only is Poonam highly qualified but she really cares about you and ensures that you are comfortable with the treatments during your appointment. She explains everything in a way you can understand so you feel at ease. She is an angel :-)

What can I, from my 1st appointment with Poonam I started noticing a big difference and the pain was eased and now 3 months down the line I have been able to walk 5 miles for my daily exercise. Poonam has that special magic touch - she manages to identify what’s going wrong within the first visit (probably first 10 minutes) and uses a mixture of techniques to sort out the issues. She is not after a quick fix. Instead she tries to identify the root of the problem and sorts out what is causing it, rather than simply the effects. She is clearly very knowledgeable and loves what she does as she always goes above and beyond her ‘duties’. I can’t thank her enough for her help and expertise!!

I booked in to see Poonam after suffering with pain in my shoulder for many months, I had seen the GP and another osteopath but the pain was becoming debilitating. After my initial assessment with Poonam she diagnosed a specific rotator cuff issue and recommended 5 sessions with her. I have so far had 3 appointments, each appointment consisted of massage, acupuncture and blading. I already have seen an amazing improvement in just 3 appointments and I am no longer in constant pain and expect to be completely pain free by my final session. I cannot thank Poonam enough for helping reduce my pain.

Absolutely incredible! I've now been for 4 sessions with Poonam and feel amazing. She was able to identify the issue with my back + arm straight away and with her multiple techniques I feel as though I've left every session feeling relaxed and mentally/physically uplifted. We called Nick after my back went into spasm the day before a much anticipated family holiday. Firstly, Nick kindly agreed to come out first thing on a day he does not normally work on, secondly he spent well over an hour navigating my back and identifying root causes and explaining certain exercises to help. Poonam is absolutely fantastic. I was recommended osteopathy for my colicy baby who would cry almost around the clock and with one session alone, our daughter was so much quieter. She explained how the babies gut work and shes truly a magician - it instantly relieved our baby and I was able to continue doing what she did at home. Shes also beyond great with babies. I went to her again with our third daughter who had a bit of colic and also with one session, she helped so much and refreshed my memory on what to do.
First time I met Poonam with our first daughter, I went through an osteopathy clinic I found next to our place. I didnt have her last name or email address. So almost four years later when I needed to go for our third baby, I called the clinic but she was not working there anymore, they recommended someone else but she was SO good with babies, I went out of my way to try to Google her and find where she worked now. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I’m a few sessions in being treated by Poonam but even after the very first the difference was amazing. She is so thorough and diligent in finding out (and explaining in terms a layperson can understand!) what the cause of the pain is. She doesn’t just treat the superficial symptoms but really fixes the problem in the first place. She’s a completely lovely person and totally sympathetic. Absolutely excellent service all round - I’m only sorry that Poonam is so good at her job that I soon won’t have a reason to visit!

Booked in initially not expecting much due to having seen chiropractors and osteopaths before for the same issues. I'm so glad I took a chance, I've had 4 sessions in total and I'm completely free of pain! Hip and sciatic pain is gone, neck and shoulder tightness is gone! The associated headaches are also gone! Great results. I'm sleeping better and standing taller. A little sad I don't need to go in anymore. I'll book in MOT sessions to prevent getting into the knotty mess I was in before. Poonam was able to identify immediately what the root cause of my pain was, after having developed a poor posture working from home during the lockdown period, and why it was causing me headaches and disrupting my sleep.
Poonam took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and after an assessment, she was able to tell me what the problem areas were with her knowledge and experience, and was able to treat this accordingly.
After 4 sessions I am headache free and have been able to sleep soundly! I would highly recommend seeing her!

Suffered from headaches for a very long time (years) dr labelled it as migraine but I didn’t think so.
I saw Poonam on Instagram and got in touch. After diagnosis she recommended 4-6 sessions to sort out issue and 3 sessions later I’m headache free and once completed 5 sessions I am much better. Tuned out no migraine and it was bad back and shoulders pain contributing to headaches and stiff neck.
I’m so glad I met Poonam and I highly recommend this amazing lady.

I first visited Poonam when I was suffering with extremely bad sciatic pain while I was pregnant, after having read many positive reviews about her. She is clearly very knowledgeable and so professional in her diagnosis and treatment, as well as just being a lovely person through and through. She helped me with mobility while pregnant (it was getting unbearable!) and post pregnancy. She has so much strength and really has got to the root of the problem on my lower back. I’ve always suffered with continuous tension and pain in my back and neck area and I’ve tried many treatments over the years, but needless to say nothing worked. I cannot recommend Senior Osteopaths Poonam Shah & Rishi Patel enough. I have suffered with migraines, neck pain and back pain for years and have tried numerous therapies previously. I got in touch with Poonam Shah who is absolutely amazing, she was attentive, knowledgeable and so so polite. She booked me in to see Rishi Patel at the MHV clinic in Cavendish Square. I have had two sessions with Rishi so far and I feel like a new person! I have been sleeping great and have experienced zero migraines since the treatments!! Rishi was able to deliver instant results and find the root cause of my pain straight away. He not only treated my migraines, but he also treated my mid back stiffness as well as my lower back pain using a variety of methods. The best thing is the treatment doesn't end when you leave the clinic, they follow up with useful exercises and check how you are feeling, it's got a personal touch to it. I am so so happy with my results, it makes me emotional and I really wish I had found MHV earlier. I would recommend MDV without doubt to all my friends and family, it is worth every penny, if not more. I really look forward to continuing my treatments with Rishi and having a follow up every few months in the long term.

My first visit to Medical Home Visit was with Rishi during lockdown 1.0 but I have had my follow up appointments with Poonam, as I wanted a woman’s perspective on my post natal issues.
Poonam is extremely passionate about her work, but more importantly she is knowledgeable and experienced and knew instantly what was wrong with me. I’ve seen her twice in 2 weeks and I just can’t tell anyone what a difference I am seeing in my body each day. I can now get out of my car without achey hips, my sciatica has almost disappeared, I can get out of bed without my lower back and joints feeling stiff. I even managed a 45 second plank yesterday without ANY pain in my lower back.
My first visit with Rishi was equally as good, he helped me with some pain relief by performing some manipulations and I felt instant relief. He is also knowledgable and professional.
The best thing though is they don’t leave you on your own afterwards, there is after care! And also homework!and they can tell if you’ve been doing the homework as prescribed !
I would highly recommend seeing them for any issues you may have, it is worth it.
It’s also such a plus that both Rishi and Poonam are very personable and lovely people!

After a painful traumatic 5 month experience I was diagnosed with sciatica which caused my lower spinal disc to protrude. Response - wise I was absolutely happy since the appointment was booked just a few days after my request.
The therapist appointed to me, Ariana, is a miracle worker. Extremely observant and quite explanatory, we went through my condition together while working on my rehabilitation. She quickly found main roots of my issues. After working on a shedule not only to improve my physical condition which she did with great care, but also my health in overall, I started seeing a difference after our first appointment. Grateful for the service as well as the aftercare and constant communication during the treatment period.
I definitely recommend the services provided by the Clinic and all therapists and I will surely turn for consultation in the future as well.

My partner Diana; after suffering with shoulder pain for over 2 years found these specialist. She'll continue in her words: "I decided to book an appointment with Poonam after suffering with shoulder pain for over 2 years. Prior to my appointment I saw 2 different physiotherapist, chiropractor and I also had 2 MRI scans and they still couldn't find out what was causing this pain. It was affecting my life mentally and physically to the point that I couldn't even do every day activities.

I’ve had the great pleasure to be treated by the Senior Osteopath, Poonam Shah. I’ve contacted Poonam with a long list of issues related to my body and expressed that I was unable to put my finger on it as to what was causing these developing problems. Poonam immediately responded with an appointment date and was very assuring that she will do everything under her power to help me out. Fast forward 4 sessions with Poonam, and I could have not been any happier (and super bendy now) with the strength and progress of my body after each session. Poonam has been thee most committed, knowledgeable, professional and helpful Osteopath I have ever met, not forgetting to mention the sweetest person ever with gentle hands. She has increased my understanding of the root of these problems and tackled each problem with care and effectiveness.
