I visited Poonam Shah for urgent osteo-treatment for painful and debillitating sciatica (she had been recommended to me by a work colleague). After the first session the painful shooting pain in my leg had gone (miraculous!) and Poonam is now working to improve spine flexibility, loosen tight back muscle knots and generally remove the possibility of it recurring. Fantastic! I have already recommended her to several other work colleagues who all speak very highly of her treatment and professionalism. Thank you, Poonam!

I was referred to Poonam Shah senior consultant osteopath by my cousin. I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder running down my left arm and was in a lot of pain. I contacted Poonam and she fitted me in with an emergency appt. I've had a few treatments with her and one round of accupenture and I feel almost normal. Think one more session will do it.
Poonam is very good at her job and i would not think twice before going back to her again and would definitely recommend her to other people who are suffering.

I've had a back problem for many years thats given me sleepless nights and discomfort at home and at work and in that time I have used different Osteopaths but with no long term fix. Once I met Rishi he has been very informative and showed me different stretches to assist his work on my back. The results have been amazing I now sleep through the night and my back feels so much better, I see Rishi on a regular basis and I'm so impressed. Well done Rishi keep up the good work!
