I visit late in the evening to avoid crowds so perhaps my experience is different. Always had polite service from everyone, very chatty and helpful when I've needed it, never encountered a miserable member of staff.
Car park a good size, always trolleys/baskets available and hand sanitiser always available. Good selection of groceries at a very competitive price.
Nothing to grumble about.

Very good shop.Wide choice items and staff helpful.If you ask where an item is in store they offer to take you there.I tend to go early 730 am to 8am approx.My only issue is the loud music which quite frankly does your head in and can’t concentrate.Is it on for the staffs benefit.Of course we can’t all have the same taste in music.Quite a few older people there at that time.It is a b——-.row.Could the volume be lowered or have something less intrusive to brain function.thanks

Bargains to be had and love the new club card price system. You can really make great savings. My only concern is they are slowly increasing the prices across the store and the same shop 2 weeks ago cost £19.47 more this time (same items as before). I don't know what is going, not like they haven't made their money this year lol ???? Apart from that great shop and friendly staff.

Can't give Tescos a rating because I got refused entry being with my better half . Just like a bouncer at a night club big and thick . I was meant to shop for an elderly neighbour . Found Sainsbury's much more accommodating .

Larger store than durrington and tends to have a bigger selection. Groceries, books, cards, electronics and clothing are all available here. There is also the pharmacy. Parking is free and the car park is quite large, so there tends to be no problem parking.

I went into Tesco's on Sat 14th Nov, to buy a pair of trainers for my 4yr old grandson. I was horrified by the lack of organisation. The store was full to bursting, there wasn't anyone on the door counting people in or out. People were just walking in with their trollies without cleaning the trolly or sanitising their hands. Talking of which the sanitiser when I went to use it was about empty.
I sat on a bench seat when my grandson tried his trainers on, another shopper then came up and sat right next to me, I asked her if she knew about social distancing, she just looked at me as if I was talking in a foreign language!! There was no distancing at all in the shop, way too many people with no order.
I am a very unhappy shopper with a husband in the 'at risk' group, I need to keep myself and my husband safe so I will no longer be using this store.

During the Covid crisis latter end of December 2020, the store has been lax in cleaning measures and need to be counting how many customers are in the store. Social distancing non existent.

Went to Tesco Holmbush this evening and was followed from one aisle to the next by a member of staff young lad pretending to talk on the phone and was saying the chicken was all infected. Not only do I feel harassed but also is there any truth in what he was saying. Not impressed that staff are running free to upset customers with their stupid childish pranks.

No social distancing in place, children running around LICKING trolleys and blowing rasperries, the mothers response "i'll leave you at home next time" maybe this time would of been good. No staff seen trying to enforce anything and many staff not adhering to 2 metre rule themselves. I wouldn't risk it again.

Lucky to get that, queued in the queue for about 10 mins went past the wipe and hand sanitizer, a couple more minutes in queue to be told only one per household, a few minutes pass then couples come out of the store.
One rule for one another rule for other's. Not happy at all.
