Badly stocked. Often whole line of freezer cabinets out of order. Really fed up with all the personal shoppers/staff on shop floor filling. Seems they take priority whilst others shoppersless able/privileged have to struggle to get past and get to shelves. Worst supermarket out there , if you have limitedl choice available and live in Southwick with no transport.

Received letter in post relating to the opticians in store, so going from tescos to vision express which will incur a charge of £25 for an eye test also cannot receive or spend clubcard points. Obviously a major money making scheme by selling a franchise and it seems no thought for their regular customers. Unfortunately cannot leave a negative score purely for this change.

Short dates on most produce. White bread should always have 5 days, most time it's almost out of date. Milk is meant to have 7 days date, often it only has 1 or 2 days. Cravendale is meant to have minimum 21 days date more often than not it has less than 5. I worked in the dairy industry so I know what it's meant to have.
Personal shopping assistants always blocking isles with those big trollies. Always getting in the way.
Health and safety breach of regulations by staff not blocking isles when using heavy equipment. When spoken to store manager and pointed it out, I was asked to leave the store and never return whilst being eacescor by the big 28 stone security guard with his stomach hanging out.
Tesco seriously is a joke.
Oh and in the evenings their is hardly a normal till ever open.
So if you like short dates on your food and want to be escorted off the premises for pointing something out, please visit this store.

Big tesco selling everything. Clothes, electronics, home ware. Everything you'd expect from a big tesco. Car park can get pretty busy on weekends especially as it shares an area with M&S and Next
