I had the worst experience, no-one to help you and those who helped didn't give a damn, they were bored, didn't give me options,both in the shoe section and for jackets. I was very surprised to the lack of interests they put in the customers who are here to find technical stuff. Won't go back

Went to get a pair of running shoes (runners need in the basement) very friendly staff, no wait whatsoever, and they had my shoes in stock :)
Update: very slow response from runners need for a shoe return quite disappointed, still chasing them
