BEWARE! When they say 'book parking' they really mean 'just pay in advance for parking'. There is no guarantee of a parking space at the premises you book so you're just paying up-front for a 'chance' that there may be a space. Buried in their t's and c's and rather misleading. However, had a swift response when raised as an issue and offered a full refund.

Total scam company..tried paying online then couldnt then spoke to operator and was told i have left the car park and would now have to wait for the fine to come in post. . Expensive 1 hour this is going to be. Next time il take my number plates off

A completely useless system. Will not bother shopping in Feltham shopping centre on account of this terrible parking system. Don’t bother going to Feltham to shop if you have to park in the Asda car park. The old system was much better. This is a joke. Probably just out to give people parking tickets.

02 3 hours is a certain rate because I was in there between 4:30 and 6:40 they've charged me for 2 hours plus an evening rate scam does not say this anywhere on their signs they will charge you twice
