First time booked an appointment on line. Straight forward but I did get stuck. I just pressed the help symbol and was given prompt advise. Just took a couple of minutes.

Useless. Booked an appt tentatively (as they do mention it still needs to be confirmed by the doc). Had no confirmation - doc's office did get in touch however said they don't even run clinics on the date chosen and have yet to get back to me (NHS practice working privately) What a surprise. What's the point of having an on-line calendar for a specific doctor when you can't make sure the schedules are synced ??not even close! Its an ON LINE booking system. Nowadays it's very simple to keep these updated..Seriously
Had an email from a 'Top doctors' (yeah right) representative asking if I had received confirmation. I replied NO, letting him know what had happened but instead of the person actually replying to the point (god forbid) he sent me a follow up AUTOMATED email asking to just confirm I have/haven't received doc's confirmation and basically telling me 'I've asked but I don't really give a Sh EE t" . Not the way for a company called TOP doctors to handle itself. Nothing top about lack of competence or service. Would most certainly NOT use again. Thanks but no thanks

Good system - very functional - perhaps it would be good to have a more human reassuring system though rather than a 'fill in this form' given the nature of the service.

my wife very much enjoyed the e-consultation with her doctor because in these times it is better to avoid face to face appointment. She also could send the doctor some pictures through the chat. Very modern and secure tools without the need to commute to the clinic.

This company is completely useless. They didn't pay my money over to the doctor. Don't use them, go straight to the doctor direct. The specialist I saw was extremely professional.

Booked an appointment with Top Doctors, had a message to say booked had a message to say consultant had confirmed had a message day before and morning of appointment as a reminder went to hospital shame Top Doctors forgot to tell the consultant i was coming. What a shambolic company a disgrace to the doctors they serve

I contacted Dr William Townley for a appointment. The whole experience was disappointing and fustrating. Top doctors asked me to turn up at the Chard and I did. Then Dr William cancelled it and asked me to come to 9 harly street on a different day. I turned up but Dr William changed it again to another day which was again cancelled by Top doctors staff. I tried to complain about this to Dr william Townley but he was rude and dismissive and did not want to take blame. I try to complain to Top doctors and they (sofia sharapova) said it was a system error and there was no apologies for wasting my time. I will not be using Top doctors or Dr William Townley. It is not a professional, trusting service. very badly organised.

We want to share our experiences of pregnancy with readers of this site, and above all, we wish to thank Dr Duncan for transforming our experiences. As this was our first baby, we were nervous, but when doctors found out that the foetus was displaying signs of possible abnormalities – well, our world caved in completely! Naturally, we were devastated. As first time parents we had little in the way of experience, knowledge or understanding to draw upon. The doctors who found the signs of potential abnormalities always seemed to be keen to get onto their next appointment, and left us feeling as though we were not very important. Despite asking questions when we saw our doctors, and reading every useful internet site that we could find, we always felt that we had many more questions than answers.
Close friends saw how anxious we were, and proved to be angels of mercy. They recommended Dr Duncan. We are so glad that we took their advice. He was everything that the other doctors were not! He was always attentive, answered every question, discussed potential issues with us – but most of all he insisted that we re – do all of the tests we had already done and undertake another diagnostic procedure.
Imagine our relief, and delight, when he assured us that everything was going to be fine. No abnormalities! We were on cloud - nine! Not only were his diagnostic skills better than our other doctors, but his attention and emotional support made us less anxious. Now, we were so happy, having found out that there was nothing to worry about after all.
Dr Duncan stuck by us for the remainder of the pregnancy, and delivered a healthy baby. All of the post natal checks were fine. We cannot thank Dr Duncan enough for everything he did for us and we recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever.

Unethical service that shows what appears to be live appt availability, let’s you choose a time and submit all your details and then sends an email saying the appt you thought you had booked is not confirmed and you will get a call in 48hrs. Who wants to wait 48hrs for the appt to be confirmed. I had to call the consultant myself to find he had no availability for 2 weeks. I now have the unnecessary stress of searching for another consultant and my appt being yet further delayed. Don’t use this service as a patient (or a doctor). Call the doctor/hospital directly yourself.
