I bought a brand new spanking 2020 AMG Mercedes which was supplied to me through Multi Cars Direct back in April this year. The service was super professional. Jermaine was really professional & delivered my car on time in really short notice. Anyone who is looking for a car I would 110% recommend Multi Cars Direct.

Amazing service from the MCD Team! Big thanks to Jermaine for getting me an amazing deal on an amazing car! He was very informative and was always on hand to answer any question at any time.
MCD don't own the cars themselves they link you direct to the dealers they advertise for. They add their fee to the deal which I didn't have a problem with as the service definitely warranted the fee.

Worst company ever. False promises. Said they had a car reserved for me then was told it’s sold , then was told they would find a similar car and that they would pay for extras and they didn’t instead added on 3k to car price. Freddy was rude saying you can’t get finance . Went straight to the dealer got car and finance sorted instantly. Don’t waste your time with these middle men. Do your research and go straight to dealers.

Amazing reliable service throughout, especially Jazzy, who was extremely helpful and super quick at replying to all the questions I had. He and the team were very helpful and and can’t fault the service in any way. The car was delivered to me and was exactly as described.
The whole process was was faultless from start to finish.

Worked for professional brands such as Aston Martin and Mercedes. Got sold a dream with multi cars. Whole company is shambles. I am owed money which I had been told will come my way. 2 weeks on and it hasn’t and it’s because they haven’t got the money to pay me!
Got asked to take down a google review and they will sort it out, but they haven’t ! Not people you should trust with your money!! Just a warning! Behind the scenes is not professional!
Manager and owner of business have gone MIA for 2 weeks now. A joke !!!

They ignore your phone calls, texts, WhatsApps, voicemails and emails... Unless you want to buy a car then there straight on the phone! Interested in making money and not customer satisfaction.

This company is a scam, they don’t own any of these cars or have the right to sell them. I spoke to them via WhatsApp and was completely mislead. It seems the cars they have up for sale are fake. Please beware of this company as I nearly entered a deal that was not legitimate!!
