I have used their product. Really good and sufficient. When you call they deal with you straight away no waiting around like other companies and got a response straight away. Very reliable company and would recommend them. Great service from staff. Had my motor bike go stolen and they had it located and and one of their investigators on scene on the same day and back in one piece.

We have been using Cantrack products for some years now after having suffered theft of our beloved Caravan. Now, our car and motorbike are protected and it is very easy to use. My wife and I have always found the customer service very efficient and friendly, answering any questions we have. Would and have recommended to all our friends.

Had a lot of dealings with CanTrack and their asset tracker on stolen plant machinery and commercial vans through my work. All I can say is what an awesome piece of equipment and their finder service is exceptional, I was kept in the loop at every stage of the recovery. A proper hands on business.

Excellent product and excellent service. As the unit is wireless it can easily be transferred from one machine to another and is hard to detect.. Recently I had a Kubota micro digger stolen whilst out on hire. Fortunately the digger had a Cantrack unit hidden inside it. I reported the theft to Cantrack with who told me to leave it with them. The following morning John from the recovery team called me to say they had located the digger in a compound 40 miles away and to come and collect it. On the strength of this I bought another five units to use on other machines!

Such fantastic service, keep up the great work guys. I love seeing all those recoveries on social media. Knowing that my Ducati is safe and protected with CanTrack Protect, is well worth the cost of a few coffees a week.

One tracker is much the same as another one. Well that's what I thought until recently, when I had to contact the investigations team following a theft. From my initial phone call to them at 7am they took total control of the situation, contacting the police and making me aware of what was going on throughout the day until at 16:00 when they reunited us with our vehicle. I can not thank Michael enough for his efforts.

Disgusted after buying tracker that they have now doubled the yearly subscription fee.

Before you buy a Cantrack they promise you that they monitor the tracker for you. The guy told me if it moves we call you, if we can’t get hold of you we send one of our ex police officer to find it! I thought perfect. I brought one and installed it. I called them to check it was working properly and and discovered from a slightly more honest lady that I wouldn’t be informed if it moved but I could set it up to email me if it moved. What the hell? I had previously explained that I wanted to use a tracker I wouldn’t have to monitor myself which I was previous to handing over my money would be the case! I was also told that sometimes I would get false alerts as the wind can blow the mast signal? So if I was abroad on holiday it could look like a theft had occurred when perhaps it hadn’t but nobody would even know this unless I checked my Email. I was not happy and the honest lady said she would get the sales guy who lied to me to call me back. I never heard a thing from them again. Terrible that a company is allowed to make completely false promises and there are much cheaper options for self installation and self monitoring.

We have now had 6 recoveries out of 6 thefts within 4 months, very good system and very good bunch of chaps.

103% Price increase - Extremely disappointed - Yearly subscription has increased by 103% from £85.79 to £178.70. No warning until Invoice received. Contacted Cantrack who were very polite but were unable to do anything about it. Please don't get me wrong I understand inflation and we all expect a price rise, Cantrack did email me in Apr '19 to confirm a 2.5% pricing increase which I would expect and accept, but 103%. Very disappointed. I would be interested to know how many other people this has being pushed upon. Merry Christmas Update 4 weeks later, STILL NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL TO CANTRACK or response to this review. POOR !!!

Can Track was recommended to me by a friend. I ordered the device and it turn out that the software was not compitable with mac computers. It took me over a month sending e-mails and making calls to try and find a solution to install the software on our mac computers. They send step by step guide, but it didn't work. They were not able to offer any further technical support. It took over 5 weeks trying to get it work, but unfortunately we were not able to log in on the software even once. I asked for a refund and I was told that they can't refund the money as they had 14 days cancellation policy. Not only that I was not told that the software doesn't work on mac in the beginning, but they also took the monthly membershop fees for 1 year ahead without even asking me if I want to pay upfront or with monthly installments. We are still trying to get our money back, we paid over £300 for something we can't use on our mac computers. Very dissapointed with the product and the customer service....

Signed up to Cantrack to look after a few pieces of equipment in a dodgy location. Shortly afterwards the inevitable happened and they were taken. Contacted Cantrack and they sent their ex bobby down to chase the items. Trackers pointed to a van parked in a cul-de-sac. Cantrack man waited all day for the police to arrive and to see if anyone turned up - to catch red handed. Couple of lads did turn up and drove the van away just as the police turned up. Long story short - we got out items back from police compound three weeks later.
