Certain Team Leaders who are female are favoured by management, they do what they please and bully staff.
Too much politics and back biting!
It will be very entertaining if they were on TV.
Probably get more viewers than Eastenders.
You have to be a yes man to work for them in order to get by!
Stay away from Wilson James Birmingham who are on the HS2 project as a sub contractor lol

Application process seems quite discriminatory to me. I applied for the job 1 min later they said 'after careful consideration we will not be taking you...'. Which is very odd and weird considering the fact i just applied for the job. Not very good company. Terrible brand externally and from other reviews internally.

Useless and incompetent big name made up with some fake accreditations. They ripped us in the Royal Shakespeare Company - working with them for two years and at the end we didn't get paid.
Never never sub contract to this company.
