My lovely old cat Indiana came in for a health check. All of Indiana's conditions were looked at and explained to me. The best options were considered and Indiana is now taking medication that is working very well. Indiana is due to have a follow up meeting where we will discuss suitability for surgery. Indiana is a lovely old rescue cat with three legs and his treatment was exceptional. Thank you

Took my cat in to just put my mind at rest about her being pregnant. I have never had a pregnant cat before and I was certain my cat was pregnant with all the usual signs and also to get some advice on what I should be doing to make my cat as comfortable as possible until the kittens are born. Vet said that she wasn't certain that she was pregnant and just felt bloated and there could be an underlining issue so advised to have a ultrasound to check her over. Turns out my cat is pregnant which I suspect that they knew that anyway and just wanted me to pay more money. I felt very rushed in and out. Questions I asked I was told to just look online. All I heard leaving the vets mouth was more about the money rather than the health of my cat. I shall not be using this vets again. Very very disappointed. I get that we have to pay for out pets but this vets is extortionate. £118 to just tell me my cat is pregnant.

Listened to from the moment the phone was answered. Seen quickly, very professional, yet friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was the first time I’ve ever had a sick pet (only ever used routine healthcare before) so I wasn’t reallly sure what to do, but the team were so kind and explained everything really well. Sounds like we were also fortunate to have access to laser treatment, and I was grateful to be offered a wound C&S.

Our elderly dog required a change of pain management medication. A new option was available that was better than multiple tablets several times a day. Although more expensive than the tablets, the once a month injection has given our beloved pet a new lease of life. Receptionist on duty very helpful and knowlegable with our pet insurance claims, and interested in the health of the patient. Vet careful to explain the pro's and con's of the new treatment, and happy to put up with the demands of the patient. A good visit.

Kitten was speyed and chipped, then back 2 days later for post op check. Also phoned on the day of surgery with an update and again the day after surgery to check all was well and answer any questions. Felt well supported and felt my kitten was cared for beautifully. Would highly recommend Clifton Branch

Took my two cats to the vet for a MOT and the younger one was fine but the older one was over 10 so had a few problems with her mouth and arthritis in her hips, I was very upset when I was told that while the vet was examining her mouth and teeth a tooth fell out and she had an abscess. I just burst into tears but the vet ( who was lovely) couldn’t give me a hug because of COVID-19 was very sympathetic and passed me a box of tissues which I thought was nice of her and talked me through everything that was going to happen and what treatment would be best. My whole experience was wonderful and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Top marks 10/10

From phone call to appointment and after, all members of staff (3 in total) who worked Friday 19th March 2021 were so lovely! Kirsty the vet explained everything in depth, the receptionist was smiling and helpful despite saying she was having one of those days, which we all do, she even went to the shop and brought treats and flowers for her colleguaes which was just so lovely. Another vet booked my dog in for a procedure and she explained everything to me in detail and told me what to expect along and what to do in the run up. Overall I cannot thank you all enough for your support, not just to Darci but to me too!

Pippa took great care of my dog. She did her best to help me understand what was going on. The next day I also received a telephone call from the vet explaining the test results and where we go from here. This was also followed by an email. There was so much to take in during our conversation. So it was really helpful to get the information via email too.

Penny (the vet) has persevered with Rupert (french bulldog) and his behavioural/anxiety issues since registration with V4P. Despite his anger issues, she has shown kindness and patience with him such that he now recognises her and behaves well under her leadership and she has grown to love him as his family does.

Have 2 older cats, they have undergone extensive dental treatment.which was very expensive. Cost to myself £2200, I did get £200 help towards from Blue Cross (I used to donate to them before retirement) One of my cats developed an infection, but after further medication (at an extra cost) appears to be on the mend. I was in two minds whether to go ahead with the surgery as there are risks involved, the vet assured me she would have it done. I've felt really sorry for my cats as they were well one day then sore mouth and lots of teeth missing and difficulty eating the next day. I'm still unsure if I've done the right thing. They are traumatised since. The staff at practice are very nice.

receptionist put wrong name of my cat Disco instant Biszkopt and book incorrectly appointment time as told me. I came 30 min late unfortunately my first appointment has been refused . I really disappointed for this private practice there is lot of more cheeper vets around Nottingham treat animals better

My cat was stressed out and soiled her carry case. The vet right away took her from us and cleaned her and the cage. Put myself and Marley at ease. Everything else matched this service. Friendly thorough and efficient.

I rang on the morning with concerns for my frenchie skin condition and lot eating the vet was very prompt too say she would see her on the day and even though the current situation with the virus they showed every precaution for social distancing and my dog is making a nice recovery too date so many thanks too all the team for looking after luna bear x

Appointment on time and my cat was treated with care. He was given time to adjust and given breaks between examinations. I was listened to with my choice of timing for the next bloods to be taken. My cat has a lengthy on going condition and is improving. Everything explained really well. Very pleased.
