Completely inflexible return policy which has likely lost them a customer for good. Bought a microwave two days ago for my new flat. Opened the box which unfortunately got damaged while I was trying to remove the strong staples holding it shut (my fault). Microwave turned out to be too big for the space but because there was no fault with it, they would not accept the return as it was an opened box. Had I bought this online this would not have been an issue as they have a different policy for online orders. I would have even accepted a discounted refund due to the damaged packaging but the staff wouldn't offer anything. I was told I should have looked at the dimensions before purchasing. I was planning on purchasing some more items today but likely will never buy from a Curry's again based on this experience alone.

I have ordered HP ALL IN ONE printer online click and collect at PC Currys Brentford store, where I was handed damaged printer box in open condition, and PC Currys employee just dropped the printer box outside the click & collect area of the brentford store and went back inside the store. Forcing me to accept the damaged printer box & have to face hassle to call the customer care & return the damaged printer back to same store on next day which caused inconvenience. Bad attitude shown by store employees.

The worst shopping experience ever and total waste of our time. Came to buy a laptop, nothing on display is labelled properly and to ask a simple question before spending £1.5k you have to put your name on the list and join the queue! We waited about half an hour and left, having decided that we will never spend our money with Currys. Perfect example of why high street is dying. You need a new store manager who can organise the staff and customer service! We are going to John Lewis tomorrow.

This Curry's warehouse is well stocked with electronic gadgets, huge TV's, sound system, phones, laptops, washing machine, etc. H91 is the bus to take. The staff were quite helpful during my visit there today.

In Brentford You will find their BIG two floors superstore. Everything what You need. You can buy here even the last model of “Oral-B” Bluetooth toothbrush by “three days risk free trial”.

I had a really bad experience with Currys when I tried to get a price match refund for laptop that was bought before Easter and went down in price over Easter period. I was sent from online adviser to customer services call, then to my local store, who then said they didn't deal with this, sent me to another store, where I was told to call customer services as the price had gone back up again and they had no way of knowing what the price promotion was. Customer services then asked me to go back to store to show them a screenshot of price difference (good job I had it) and then call up customer services, who would then approve the refund! What a total joke! I stood outside Brentford store with my little one for 30-40 mins as it was only 1 person serving at the desk any customer service related issues! I managed to get a gift card in the end as I told them I wasn't leaving without one. Such a big company and so disorganised! Apparently you have to call straight away customer services once you see any price reduction in 7 days after purchase. Otherwise nobody knows what the price went down to. Joke!

Click and collect service here was great. Used the email to notify staff I was parked in a chosen bay and a staff member appeared shortly after with my item and left it in the boot of my car. Great service. 5 stars

1. Brought a laptop. 2. It never came and they have no phone or email support. They use a useless foreign call centre that lie all the time. Every response takes just under 10 minutes...it took me an hour to get 6 responses, all of which were actual lies. Currys: "Yes sir, it will come today, trust me." Me: But DPD have said it isn't. Currys: Technical error. Trust me sir. Trust me. 3. Now I've spent a £1200 and it seems they aren't giving me a refund or fulfilling the order. I think they are about to go bankrupt..

Click and collect. Easy. Convenient. Safe. If collection at store is by car, then just park in front of the shop in marked parking bays for collection and follow the steps mentioned in the email sent by Currys. All safety steps were followed. All good.

I mean, sure they have a lot of products but the advisors are somewhat disappointing. I bought a TV 3 years ago and the advisor was trying so hard to sell me stuff I already had and told him I don't need a couple of times. I ended up buying a cable even though I did not need it. About 1 week ago I went with my PC bought from Curry's but I was told I needed to wait past the first 30 days to repair it because it had some other ramifications and so I listened, then I called the online and they were so kind, they sent a van to pick up my PC from home and they will repair it in a week. I am somewhat disappointed by the staff but impressed due to its shear size.

Bought a keyboard for iPad we asked the same one on display give me wrong one didn't realized because of excitement we open it realized it was a wrong keyboard went back to asked them to change it they said no never even used when we paid the money 4 people have to count the money including they couldn't even bothered to tell their customers that if you open the item your not allowed to return or exchange there staff made a mistake they should fixed it we specifically tell them we want the one on display worst thing to happened to us how much we spend 2500 pounds this is what we get absolute nightmare this is the think again worst experience rubbish customer service ????????????????????????

Very bad service. We bought a washing machine with confidence of this brand retailer. But we we found the Machine was not doing the job within few days they dragged on. Today we spent two hours in cold weather standing outside trying to get refund. The manager was not interested at all about our issues. After lot of time waiting we really got annoyed that they kept on passing the time and said that they were going to email. We really had stressful day in our life today. We smashed the washing machine outside and left.

Booked on their website to get our PC fixed. Received a message saying "call us when you arrive". No phone number on the message or the website, so that doesn't work. Went to the door to ask. The guy there said they don't fix anything right now unless it's a warranty repair; if the website had said that, I wouldn't have booked.

Same day click and collect for some items which I found very helpful. However back of store staff seem to not take young people seriously when buying TVs over older people. We were looking to Buy quite an expensive TV and the staff member wasn’t taking us seriously just because we were uni students.Disappointing as he lost the sale and we went to richer sounds instead.

I purchased a tv online which said that it was in stock and able to collect the same day (which is why I chose it). I then received an email saying they’d be in touch shortly…a day later and I have heard nothing. There is no contact number for the store and if you call customer service it literally tells you to go online and cuts you off. When you go online they put you on a rubbish chat with a virtual assistant (not an actual person) which is completely useless. In short, there is no way to communicate with an actual person either by phone or online and no way to get any form of update. They are happy to take your money but it’s a truly terrible level of service from there. I guess I'll just have wait without any idea when my item is ready...

I had excellent and super quick service at the click and collect service in Brentford. I ordered the product at 11am, it was ready by 1pm and I waited one minute outside the store after checking in and had my product. Very pleased, thank you for making it so easy.

They take your money but you get no goods. Customer service not fit for purpose cant resolve problem all they keep saying is sorry. I've ask for my money back but they can't do that has they need the item back !!! But no one knows ware it is, was being sent to store for pick up. No one is willing or capable to sort it out

Visited today Friday 18/12/20 at 10am for carphone warehouse. Met with Mohamed and explained what phone I needed. He met my request and went further when he knew I would have issue transfering data. He set about ensuring data was transferred without issue. I have used CW for many years and always received the finest service. Thank you.

Currys Super store with lots of parking. I visited on the weekend and they were letting customers in depending on which department they were after, so there was a waiting queue. This is due to limited customers being allowed in during times of Cornona. However the customer service many at the door really helpfully looked up the item I was after (Lenovo Tablet) to see if it was worth my waiting. Turns out they didn't have this in stock. This was really helpful. The service man at Hanworth had simply said try the super store which wasnt helpful. Thank you Currys, lovely experience at the superstore.

Stay away from this shop. They have faulty payment system and they just keep on using it. I have been charged 2 times for the same item. There was fault during payment , i have been asked to make payment again, i was assured that 1st try did not go through , assured by sales person and manager. I was astonished when find out at home when checking my account that payment went through . My account was charged 2 times. Went back to shop ( 20 min drive ) had to stay in queue another 40 minutes because this is costumer service matter and was told i will get refund in 7 days. This is crazy, why i need to wait 7 days, i am lucky this was only 60£ this could be 350 or 400 and it would be treated same way, wait 7 days for refund . This would effect my spending on my family during Christmas , but Currys dont care, wait 7 days and if you lucky you get money back , STAY AWAY FROM THEM , SHOP ON AMAZON THEY CHARGE ONCE !!!

Huge place stuffing pretty much all your electrical needs. A bit tricky to get to of the main road, but had a huge car park so you won't have to wait for a place. There were no quotes to get in when I went on a Saturday and as it's so big it's easy to socially distance from everyone. Not sure if everyone there knows their stuff, the member of staff who served me seemed to be blagging, but he was friendly enough.

Unbelievable!!! Tried to spend £1900 with them I need to be told I have to wait 3 to 10 days to go pick it up from the store, spent a minute and a half on Amazon and had everything delivered to my house 48 hours later, good luck guys, personally I would sell my shares

Busy place . The staff are very helpful and polite . Sadly not enough of them to speed up the process . They are always busy with customers so you have to be patient if you want to ask questions about products . Recruit some more PC world . The staff get 5*

They gave as wrong multi cooker, and i showed them witch one i wanted, but the price and description were for another one. They didn't have the one i wanted in stock, even it was on display (with a diferent ticket), and said to me to order online. So after i got refund and try to order online it was out of stock. It supposed to be Christmas present but they obviosly messed up everything. Very bad..

Order online click and collect after few minutes got emailed saying it is ready to collect, drive to the shop following instructions they send, sit in car while they deliver item to car boot. Was very happy with service, no waiting and contact free.

Busy place ,difficult to find assistance. Short staff. But its difficult times with covid 19. Toilet out of order always the case at currys pcworld. They want you to buy ,just buy . No one understand how to assist customers or explain about any products. Its shame for this company to become like this. Fix the customer toilets ????. Employ experts as most of the staff have no idea about the product they are selling. Some of them good but most are not.

They are NOT reliable. They sold an Apple i-phone 12 pro to me while they did NOT even know when they have the item on their store. They screwed me for more than 10 days and lastly put me in a situation to get a refund which normally takes 14 DAYS. A GOOD WAY TO FUNDRAISE INSTEAD OF SHORT LOANS!

The actual showroom is very large and has a wide range of products. However there is no method of contacting this store via mobile or online chat. The online booking system will enable you to book an appointment but since there was no way to contact to confirm appointment was forced to travel to the store to find out they are currently only doing click and collect and not appointment services such as repair

Big selection of electrical stuff. Staff are sparse and difficult to hook onto. Stock is often missing. They are neither a good showroom nor an effective shop. Things are difficult to find on the floor. We wanted a steam generator iron, but left without. The model we preferred was out of stock.

A range of unreasonably-priced products as well as disappointing staff - not a good start! Was on the phone to customer service at home who said that if I were to go to this store, they would easily replace my iron. When we got there, it was explained that this was not the case and we spent another 20 minutes on the phone to customer service only to be told that we could not get a replacement under the 3 year warrant. Staff were disorganised and the manager seemed so uninterested in what I was saying. What a waste of an hour! Would not recommend this place!

My family and I have shopped here for years, from kitchen appliances to IT goods. Wide range of products available so almost everything you need is all under one roof. This branch could do with having more staff at the tills and shop floor as there is often a long wait before you're seen. Perhaps Currys PC World reduced their number of retail staff due to COVID-19; understandable if that's the case.

Just ok, customer service is not good either, staff seems to be stressed for no reason. The old man working near the laptop will never stop running. Also, if you are buying laptops or any other smart devices make sure the box is sealed not open. Many times it might have store demo product inside.
