Vast selection of electronic goods including specific sections for each category; there are gaming bunkers with all the accessories and attachments you could think of, television corner with all major brands out on display, computing section where you can browse Apple, Microsoft and many other products. Not to mention smart home and kitchen appliances as well as an imaging section with camera range starting for beginners to some professional gear. However if you don't find what you're looking for you can always ask one of the members of staff to order it for collection and if it's a phone or a mobile contract that you're after then in-house carphone warehouse team will be able to assist you.

Staff were rude, it wasn't even busy but they couldn't be bothered to even check the prices of an item. Its like they didn't even want to work there. Better to shop online

Everything you would expect at Currys. Staff chatting, no body serving and total disinterest. Oh and a salesman who didn't know the price of an item as he worked part time.

Carphone warehouse- I avoid these places like the plague and had to go in today to solve an issue regarding a contract with ee. After months of trying to sort the problem, the lovely manager, Ahsan resolved it in a professional, calm and polite manner. I went into the shop angry and came out again feeling like it was my birthday!!

55 min in queue to get laptop.. Just to hear oh it's somewhere in warehouse but we can't find it. Guy didn't even know how to use internal order and tried to force us to buy through normal website but he couldn't even go to checkout without 5 min of looking how to do it.Then he offered a delivery if i PAY extra for it.... Wasted 1,5h without buying anything at end. Only positive part of visit was new staff in laptoo section cause they really wanted to hell and knew what they do

Currys used to be a really good place to buy electronics but now it seems they are just really expensive. I got what I wanted there though so can't complain too much.

Took too long under the circumstances, 45 minutes, tried to get the problem solved at Hemel Hempstead branch by phone on line purchase, Norton Premium 360 not activated, waited 20 minutes to be directed to technician, waited another 30 minutes then cut off, unacceptable.

So off I pop to PCW Brentford to check out vacuum cleaners. I've literally just landed in the store and checking a few of the lower end models when a Sales Assistant comes over and asks the obligatory, 'Can I help you?'. It's too soon young man I think, so I politely thank him and advise that I'm just looking. The S.A. then trots off to a standby position near the tills and starts fiddling about with his phone. A few minutes later I find myself at my final destination....by the Dyson concession. This was my primary reason for going to PCW. After spending a good 20 mins at the concession, on my own, trying various models and vacuuming enough of the surrounding areas to warrant minimum wage for cleaning services, I try and see if anyone wants to talk to me as I am ready to discuss and commit to my vacuum of choice....Hmmm, there appears to be no one around looking like they might want to sell something. I suspect that maybe some of them actually thought I was the cleaner. I finally collar aforementioned S.A. to help me work out some of the finer details, (how to empty the V10). It soon became apparent that I had missed my chance during our previous exchange as I couldn't have met a more disinterested human if I tried. At one point I started to wonder if I had accosted a customer by mistake, but no, the black shirt with the little logos told me he was sadly a member of the sales force. When I tried to discuss some of the PCW deals for Dyson I had seen online earlier in the week, I could have been talking about watching paint dry. Not interested and either having hit his sales target (unlikely), or missed it enough to not give a damn, his approach was lack-lustre and dismissive. He actually made me feel sad about life. After about a minute, whilst making my final desperate and somewhat ironic attempt to get him to sell me a high end cleaning machine, Apathetic Sales Assistant literally walks away while I'm talking and returns back to his original spot to do some more phone surfing. As I left the shop bemused and without a purchase, I sort of felt that I was possibly to blame for 'shooing' him off to begin with, then I thought, well hold on, if you've then gone to find him again, asked him loads of questions about a particular product and made it clear that you have been checking the item out online previously in the week, surely that should spark a few signals that potentially, just maybe, you could be onto a sale here? Alas not. PCW has lost this, and probably all future sales from me. I haven't really been massively impressed with customer service the last few times I've ventured in, but this was just the height of rudeness and bad service. I shall purchase my Dyson elsewhere. Where staff talk to customers. And not just let them vacuum the shop floor.

Poor poor poor service. If you have to visit, aim to see the sale advisor Puran who is knowledgeable, helpful and knows how customer service should be delivered. Shame he is let down by an ignorant unhelpful management team.

Top class and I should have taken the name of the staff member and responded direct to them for A1 service. Dont you love modern technology the young ladies name is on there!!. She fixed an item that had been bugging me for weeks after upgrading my tablet and I'm very happy. Thank you Currys PC World, you were brilliant.

We were in today to buy a tv and sound system and were offered £200 off and suspiciously, the price ticket was changed by the store whilst we were not looking and the price was increased by £200, which was then the price quoted ! Not comfortable with a store that changes the prices as you are dealing with the salespeople.

The two star they get is for prices and variety of different goods. But the service is nil. Once they got the money they said their system can not tell us when can they deliver. But we were assured someone will call and let us know. Delivery could be next day if not definitely in two days. It was 3 days no one called. I called and l was told someone will call back. All day gone again no one has called. I will be cancelling my order tomorrow if it does not arrive in the morning.
