Due to bad experience at the Hayes store, we went to Brentford.
We went to the Apple Section , looking to purchase an Ipad.
We were seen to within a few minutes of looking at the Ipads.
The Apple Rep, knew her stuff, asked us what we needed it for , and benefits of the different models.
We were going to purchase the entry level ipad but ended up buying the 11" Ipad Pro.
Sorry , I can't remember the names of the staff who served us , but they were Amazing , as was the Manager , who I had a nice chat with.

Easy to find what you need for your technical requirements, a very large store that is nicely spaced out with lots of products on display. Importantly I usually find parking here. Have not had to interact with staff much so cant comment on that

The sales people do not have information about the products. They just want to sell the item without knowing anything about them. I bought a monitor from them and I was told a couple of times that the monitor has built-in speaker. Took the monitor home and found out that it doesn’t have speakers. Such a waste of time and poor advice to a client.

Had an absolute nightmare dealing with this store today and they wasted my time and energy.After finally narrowing down my choice of laptop the assistant told me (after several times saying the laptops I liked were display models and saying newer ones were not available) he reserved me one in another store 40 mins drive away in Staines. I asked him to call ahead and check he said dont worry its reserved . Of course when I got there it couldn't be located and the .manager said they should have called ahead to check.Totally wasted my time and I will never shop here again. The system is a joke, the staff badly trained and no doubt underpaid, no expertise or customer service standards.Ridiculous.Go to a proper shop like John Lewis.

Msg Problem
Customer service not good enough. Cashier on the till denies to give us a product that was 50% off on display just because we said we have business account with Curry's and it's for business use. And then he says discount is not for business users. After requesting them to put through personal use, he seems to call business team colleague and he could process the product for 50% off.

Very slow customer service. Spent 2 hours to collect a product that the horrible Currys Westfield White Store again does not have in stock. They know nothing about my shop and staff was lost. Avoid Currys!!!
