Friendly staff, car nice and clean inside and out. Will be going back.

2 stars for the outside job but I paid for the diamond service. The boot wasn’t hoovered properly and inside the passenger door had stains of a drink which I thought they would clean up with the diamond service. 2nd time I’ve used them And the first time was brilliant. They sold me the diamond package saying it would be like brand new.

Good wash, although a bit missed on the mirror. Quite aggressive upselling tactics!

Great service as always! There is no better carwash than the one in Highcross. The guys do a great job. Strongly recommend!!

Hello, Just come home from washing my car in your Leicester garage, just to find out that the either the person washing the car next to mine, or the person who onws the car that was parked next to mine, damaged my car while opening the door! My car is one week old and it wasn't like this before I left the car to be washed. Either you take the responsibility for the damage, or you need someone to have a look at the cameras because the owner in need to take responsibility for the damage. This happened between 13:10 and 15:15 today, Saturday 07/03/2020 and my car is a Black Skoda Superb. Updated: More than a year passed and I finally got a reply telling me that the damaged wasn't caused by any of the products they used even though I've stated from the day one that the damaged was caused by the car next to mine. I will never use the company again and will advise everybody to stay way from this company. Had the car for two weeks, got damaged while it was with them and they are not even taking responsibilities for the damage.

Would give this place a 0. Wanted my car washed - I wanted an exterior wash but the very argumentative main man who always trys to “up sell” refused to wash our car for the basic package and his reason was “you always bring you car when its dirty” - well we arent really going to bring the car for a car wash when its clean are we? he has argued with us before... really unsure what his problem is.

Regularly take my car to these guys, yes they can be expensive but my car (2005 honda accord) always looks like its just rolled out off the showroom when there done, you also pay for the convenience of being able to do your shopping, have lunch and do whatever else and come back to a sparkling car without having to sit there waiting for them to clean your car. I highly recommend these guys. And if people trust them with they're expensive range rovers, high end mercs and BMW's and the occasional Bentley and Porsche, there doing something right
