Would of put 0 stars if it would let me! Waited over 2 hours for the Gold pack (£25) came back to the car completely filthy! They literally did not touch the inside of my car at all, the cupholders were still completely sticky from where one of the drinks leaked, I asked the gentleman if he could please kindly actually clean at least those parts and he grabbed a dry cloth went over it quickly and walked away, which as you can imagine made ZERO difference. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Never had such a bad experience, it was slightly dark inside car park shopping center, when returning home, i noticed half of Allys still dirty, outside boot not cleaned at all, number plate still black & dirty!! not to mention inside back of the seats full of dirt marks, which should easily come off. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!!!!!!!

Top staff, top quality chemicals I like their system its mainly built for city vehicles not off road vehicles. Hence why they only operate in shopping centres.

Galleria car wash VERY bad wash loads of missed spots and water mark on bonnet with dirt. Charged £32 the most expensive car wash i have ever had and the WORST. The next day i turned the rear wiper on and it fell of the bracket was broken.I will not be using You again.

Had my car valeted at the WestQuay Southampton branch and they did a fantastic job inside and out. They managed to get out a lot of the pet hair that had been stuck in the carpet and the outside was spotless and finished with a wax. I will most definitely use this company again.

Avoid the one in the Bentall Centre Kingston Upon Thames.
Very poor job, car still dirty on outside and in.
Waste of money even after they reduced the charge.

ZERO stars. I paid £29,95 for the 'Platinum Sparkle" in Bristol Cabot Circus and my car was still dirty, rubbish still in the ashtray, dust everywhere, I showed the issues to the guy, he just clear a bit with a cloth and then left, ignoring me. I left my car for 4 hours, no busy time. WORST CAR WASH EVER. Never again.

Terrible experience at the place in Oxford. Paid to have it waxed and came back 2 hours later to find the roof hadn’t been done and they had only done three wheels. Emailed to ask for my money back but they have chosen to ignore me. Just avoid. Shocking service.

This is based on my experience at the Oxford west gate site (in the mall car park ).
Asked for the Gold service that is £25, outside wax and inside of the car. Came back after 4 hours, not only the car was not really clean, all the car paint was stained!! The guy working there called his boss that called the main office, they told me someone will come look at the car the next day. Next day comes a guy, takes photos and leave. I'm chasing them for a week before they finally tell me they think it's not there fault!!! After taking the car to a guy that spry paint cars (to get a quote for small claims) I found out it was just not wax properly. Of course I tried calling again but they stopped answering! Avoid this company!!!!

Nice polite people but terrible job. £17 and I get a much better clean from most places at £5-7. This relates the Milton Keynes site. If you are in MK don’t bother.
