Avoid at all cost !
Didn't give me back my ford as they promised, only after another 3 days in the shop because they said they ordered different make parts that do not fit... I had to call for updates as they did not bother even tho my car was days late... In the end they did not fix all the problems I came to them with only wasting my time and handed me a huge bill for labor :( very disappointed. Avoid at all cost !!!

A really friendly helpful Ford dealer. While it's a main dealer it's also independently owned and you get the benefit of both an independent and main dealer. Always do good work and tell you if something doesn't need doing. Used them for servicing for 14 years and bought the last car here as well.

Ordered parts, only ordered part of what we asked for when turned up to collect. Asked to get the rest of what we asked originally, told they would be there that afternoon. Went to collect again only to be told that driver was running late. Waited around for their driver to turn up only to find our part not there.
Not interested in offering to deliver the parts despite it being their company fault on 2 occasions

Great family run Ford dealership. Dealt with Trevor when buying first car for my son and he was so helpful. Not pushy. Listened to our requirements and gave us some good options with really good price.
Great service with lots of extras you'd normally have to pay for elsewhere: 1 year warranty, 1 year AA cover, free service / MOT, free tank of petrol. Reasonably priced service plan.
We were so pleased that we've gone back to Paynes and just bought our second car for our other son. Fantastic deal again and Trevor was great again.
Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Tradecentre Uk and Evans Halshaw have a lot to learn from Paynes!!

I asked Paynes to refurbish the Fiesta ST rims before I purchased the car, which they did... 3 months after having the car the paint started to peel, so i took it back for them to sort 'again'. But this time I asked if the rims could be sprayed in black, which they were happy to do. 1 month after this the paint was peeling badly for the second time!!!!! The salesman has said my only option is to have them done again by the same guy, he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. My car is still under warranty so please why can't you just get them professionally powder coated?? Absolute Payne!!!

Absolute joke!!! Took my civic fn2 type r in first thing this morning as it was booked in for a service at 9.30am. Upon arrival I asked the mechanic to have a look at the rear off side wheel as it's squeaking a little bit and to please sort the problem as it was more important than the service I had booked because I know the cars been very well looked after all it's life. I also asked for exhaust prices as it had just started blowing the week before. They said they would ring me back with quotes for a new exhaust as the lady didn't know off hand. I eventually had a call back from them at 4.30pm saying my car was ready?? I then arrived to collect it around half an hour later only to find the mechanic trying to tell me that they didn't get any exhaust prices for me as she thought it wasn't blowing? Well now, I ain't no mechanic myself but I definitely know what a blowing exhaust pipe sounds like especially after already taking it to two other garages in town at the end off last week and having it up on the lift twice to see where the hole was!! Also i found out they didnt even take my back wheel off to diagnose the squeaky wheel problem! All she did was spray it with some sort of oil/grease which made the problem 10 TIMES WORSE!!! It's now that bad I feel embarrassed to drive it. I drove around the block and took it straight back to Paynes garage. As I drove up the driveway towards the garage main entrance all the mechanics come and stood at the garage entrance to see what the LOUD permanent screaching noise was coming from. Absolute joke. Will never use PAYNES again and i WILL go right out my way to make sure as many people as possible never go anywhere near this place again. No wonder Ford's are no good and have such a bad name especially when they hire a bunch of kids as so called mechanics. So all in all it cost me £110 for a basic service and have them spray oil/grease all over my back wheel! What sort of so called mechanic gets told to have a good look at a wheel and to sort the little squeak problem out would then decide not to even take the wheel off and see what the problem was but instead just spray it with oil/grease? A PAYNES MECHANIC that's who. Really, really fuming with them!! If could give 1 star I would.

Fantastic sales until I handed over payment then I was told the previous owner still had spare key and I would be contacted when they received it three months later when someone accidentally took my keys home from work and my husband rang he was told the previous owner had lost it and no call to arrange anything. Will be buying cars from proper ford dealerships in future.

Second visit. Only able to go in on Saturdays due to work. Both visits have resulted in frustration when attempting to look at commercial vehicles / vans for my wife and our small local business. No staff available to help and an almost total lack of any effort to help or provide any customer service. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Not a quick service and was told the vehicle was fixed but ended up spending three trips there and nearly a month in the workshop being repaired! Wouldn't recommend in the slightest!

My go to Ford dealer for parts and now tyres. These guys are great. After moving away from Hinckley I've found myself driving the 1.5 hours it takes to get here as my local Ford dealership is complete rubbish. You will also be hard pressed to find tyres much cheaper. When I lost my locking wheel nut key, these guys went above and beyond to help me. Thanks

Always my go to dealer for parts. Perhaps a quid or two more here & there compared to some online web shops on genuine Ford parts, however that's offset by how keen their prices are on non-genuine parts - I really struggled to find a decent deal on spark plugs anywhere for my ecoboost focus, got some NGK ones off Paynes for half the price of what I'd found elsewhere.
The service is always second to none. Friendly, helpful staff & nothing is too much trouble for them. Always explain what options are available in detail.
All in all a good reliable family run local business that can count on my business :)

Bought a second hand van, 8 months old. All seemed fine when I looked round it. Had it delivered a week later and noticed a small dent in the rear bumper, front bumper had come away under the the front light, glue on the paint work from previous owners sign writing which had been polished over to hide it, a couple of large stone chips in the paint work. ripped floor lining in the back. I complained and they offered to pick the van up for a valet and that was it, said they wasn’t prepared to fix anything else because the van is second hand.
Never had this problem with any other almost new vehicles I have bought from other dealers.
Very disappointing and a very unprofessional outfit.
Avoid as there are many better dealers out there.
