Dodgy company, one of their directors is also a director of TFS Loans Limited who are now being investigated by the Financial Ombudsmen following my complaint and I am pursuing him via the small claims court! I would avoid these crooks like the plague, they are seem to have their fingers in many pies! The amass of negative reviews on here doesn’t seem to contradict anything I’ve said either!!

I have never come across such an unprofessional company such as Premfina, and the attitude of there staff is unbelievable. I have requested a copy of the phone recording to prove to my colleague, but no doubt I will not receive a copy. I could write a lot more but I’m to annoyed to do so

Since the 27th October I have been trying to cancel my renewal quote with you via 3 emails now, but you keep sending me texts and emails and a phone call stating that I've missed payments! When will you get that I have cancelled this renewal??? You just keep on hounding don't you!!! Disgraceful with your bullying tactics! And when I've just tried to call you, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes and then someone just hung up!

This company is very dodgy i only just joined nash warren insurance and this company happened to be my direct debit provider money was in my account but but my bank couldn't realise the money for them and when I contacted them they told me I have to pay £35 charge and the lady in the reception (by the name hayley) is not professional at all they need to send her back for proper training if you can avoid a company like this please do.

Keep away from this company as far as you can.
I insured my car through marshmallow. Premfina is its finance company. I sold my car last month, and cancelled my insurance through Marshmallow. Premfina still keep charging my monthly insurance fee. I contact them, and they said Marshmallow did not terminate with them. Then I contacted Marshmallow insurance, no responses at all. Now, I am still get charged by Premfina. I need to find what is the UK gov protection for customer and report these two companies.

One of the most useless company's ever these lot financed my motor trade insurance which I cancelled in November 2019, the balance of the account was £57 which I paid they then decide in December to take another month's premium, at £148.00 I contacted them and on there advice, oh we shouldn't have taken it claim it back under the direct debit guarantee, its now April 2020 and after a number of phone calls they claim this was the wrong advice and I now owe them some more money despite being told my account was settled and the best one ever, they send a text to contact them on with no phone number, attached to it, iam pulling my hair out with this company how there approved by the fca to do finance is beyond me they need reporting too the ombudsman which is about to happen, sort yourselves out!

Very greedy. Was not informed first direct debit date and charged me £25 for missed payment. Unwilling to listen unwilling to refund. AVOID AT ANY COST
I rang to explain why I am in dispute regarding this and Leah the manager did not understand then used the usual claiming I was being aggressive and hung up on me. Good job I records all of my calls!

I decided to pay the whole premium off in full so I do not have to deal with them anymore they have not gave me early settlement discount for the remaining 2 months payments of 15% interest which add up approximately 80 pounds. Which is breach of financial agreement AVOID AT ALL COST

Absolute cowboys. Had my details used fraudulently. This company won’t take my phone calls, when they do they promise to ring back and never do. They don’t reply to requests. They just keep sending threats/demands for differing amounts of money, despite police involvement.

I wont say marshmallows are bad or insecure
The problem they had is PREMFINA is the lender who lend money for MARSHMALLOW they are totally ripoff its not going to be your fault but they will charge you extra £25 from your account
I checked my account if they took the money or not but they didn’t even tried to take the money out from my account as the direct debt was scheduled for normally same day of everymonth
But they didn’t took the money
When I checked I contacted marshmallow to see if my insurance is still in policy but they told me to contact PREMFINA cox they normally take momey from account
And they told me my direct debit has been rejected so i will have to pay £25 told them yous did not even tried to tale money out from my account so why would you charge £25 and its not even my mistake but still they are going to charge £25
So be careful yous need to checked your account everymonth see if they taking money from your anything extra

The worst lender ever
The information in the agreement what they sent me is totally wrong and they give me marshmallow money then they took this money of me and all marshmallow details on them agreement are wrong includes address and phone number
