I found Alex and Falbros years ago on personal recommendation. Alex has been brilliant at helping me and my husband find the best product for our needs, notwithstanding challenging economic environment and our own complex personal circumstances.
With several different properties used in different ways he has always found a smart and secure way through complex applications and challenging processes and has been able to secure us the hidden gems which no others have found.

Alex was first recommended to me by an industry colleague in 2010 when a new job in the City caused a house move and the need for a new mortgage, whilst retaining the old property on a rental arrangement. Since then a further move in 2014, coupled with the sale of those two properties, resulted in the need for Alex's services once again. At all times in the process Alex was the driving force for dealing with the mortgage company and was able to tailor a suggestion to my unique circumstances, even in the latter occurrence when I was on gardening leave between employers. I can do no more than recommend him to anyone reading this, safe in the knowledge that I too will no doubt be using him again in the near future!

I came across Alex while he was working as a consultant at Citibank. I was looking at mortgages that would fit my requirements. Alex asked a brief set of questions and quickly came up with 3 of the best products on the market. He then took me through the advantages and disadvantages of each of the product finally advising the best product for my circumstance.
The interest rate & the fees on the product was extremely competitive & Alex was good at being instrumental throughout the process, from choosing the right product to completion. In addition Alex always kept me up to date with any news on interest rate movement & latest mortgage products.

'I am a Chinese citizen and work in the UK with a Tier 2 visa. I desire to invest in UK property, however found it difficult to get a mortgage due to my Tier 2 visa which expires within the next 11 months, Most lenders were unfortunately unable to help.
