Despite negative reviews the guy who was guesting from Wood Green tightened my brakes in a matter of minutes. He got through the bike queue proper quick as well, so I only had to wait 10 mins. Thanks a lot!

Service is rubbish , Got both tyres fixed - new tubes fixed in June. But with in 24 hours of use. The front tyre had popped out of the rim, brought it back , they put it back in. 2 weeks later the tyre is flat and has completely pulled away from the rim . Tried contact them via social media as dont pick up the phones, still waiting for the manager to ring me that was 4 weeks ago.

I ordered an item for Click and Collect and received a text message telling me the item should be ready for collection at 11am the following morning, but that I should wait for a confirmation text. Later the following day, as I’d heard nothing, I clicked on a link to track the item to discover that the order had been cancelled, without any communication and, as of yet, any refund of my money. Hopeless. I’ll be avoiding Halfords in the future.

Absolutely no understanding of social distancing and no obvious indication of guidance provided to staff, by Halfords or via normal channels, that we all as individuals have access to. Come on, the govt tell us every day and all your ads etc etc say that you are doing something, but actually doing nothing at all

Bought a bike through click and collect, for it to be built in store i received a text to pick up my item earlier then expected when I arrive at the store im being told the bike will come in a box and its not there problem..... i requested a manger to help me with the issue, I was basically told they can't help me and to return the following day to pick up my daughter's bike, poor customerservice, inexperienced management staff

Please avoid this store at any cost. Rude careless staff lack of customer service skills. one hour waiting to droop my bike for a service. They asked me to come back next morning to collect. I went back next afternoon and bike did not touched at all. I will never ever go to this tore.

Poor customer service key worker attending to try service my bike for work. Advertise free service for NHS workers tried to call and book appointment no one answered the phone. Turned up at opening time to try avoid queing Only to be told no one woul be available to 11am or 12. So I requested if I could leave the bike no was the reply and could return with no guarantee of getting the bike liked at and no appointment offered. Went instead to Driving Force 17 Green Lanes London that fixed and serviced bike in two hours with an awesome service.

Don’t waste your time on Halfords. The free bike health check isn’t free as they claim on their website. I was asked to pay £30 for a check up of my breaks and gears, and that’s without changing any of the parts, only for the check up! Plus, don’t bother scheduling an appointment as you’ll end up queuing in front of the store anyways.

I purchased a scooter online for my son's birthday but when i went to collect it i was told the stunt scooter fsx-2 was for a 5 year old. They have a video of a man doing stunts on the same scooter. They wasted my time and made my son very upset.

Phoned up the day before to ask if I can get my bike serviced. Confirmed. Turned away on the day because they didn't have any spokes. Couldn't leave he bike in store, told to come back next week. The silver care package I paid for is not worth the paper it's printed on.

I bought a bicycle which was supposed to be assembled, I received a message that the bike is ready. When I arrived they give me a boxed bike. I had to wait another hour for the bike to be assembled. Not happy

Went to search and try some demos of E bikes, not only was there 2 pathetic lame design E bikes in the entire store, but the lazy staff were a bunch of teenager attitude monkeys, so unprofessional and incompetent at their job that kept ignoring me.

Unhelpful staff, was supposed to be called when order had arrived and instead lied and said someone tried to call me but "my phone wasn't working". Customer service over the the phone weren't any better. I was always warned about halfrauds customer service and should have listened.

Clueless staff. Gave me the wrong oil filter even though I provided my reg number. I recommend going to Euro Car Parts instead - saves you pointless journeys and the people genuinely have a clue on how to operate motor vehicles, not just bicycles.

I am happy with the quality of work and the cost of fixing a crack on my windscreen - £25. The store is well stocked with auto / bicycle / out-door goods. Everything about this store is great; Anthony, Andrew and all the staff I encountered whilst in the store are professional and helpful.
