Nice guys, but £25 here gets you what £12/13 will get you pretty much anywhere else.
Amazing how many hand car washes there are out there that can’t manage the basics of car washing such as washing the car from the top down to reduce paint damage.
Also it surprises me how when they’re barely busy, they still blitz over the car like they’re rushing to get it done in time for the next one and miss loads of spots on it.
Thanks to their aerosol of silicone based spray, everything in the car I now touch leaves my hands feeing greasy!
I used to clean my car myself all the time, but I’m just too busy nowadays, it’s irritating to leave a car wash knowing I’m still going to have to go over the car myself to hit all the spots they missed and wipe off some of the cheap nasty products they use.

Will the car look clean and shine: Yes.
Will you end up with swirl marks and clear coat damage: Yes
The mits they use are not changed regularly enough, meaning you can see the dirt/debris in the soap. I'm concerned and would be for others clear coat.
Would be a big improvement if they changed the mit ever car or at least way more regularly to avoid dirt, grit and etc cross contamination. Preventing dirt on other cars Inc your own scratching your paint work.
I would not go back unless I can ensure a new mit per car (or at the very least mine)
Very decent price tho - but at what cost.....

Came in and was greeted by a gentleman who I told what I wanted he guided me on what service to choose and I am extremely happy with their service. He explained exactly what extra I was paying for when I opted for the valet service and it was well worth the money. Top work guys! Definitely coming again soon!

Brought my Mondeo for the first time to have a wash here this morning. Usually wash ot myself but been a bit lazy recently and car was filthy. Money very well spent on inside and outside. Not just paying for a good quality wash but also the efficiency. Having never really gone to car washes until today was amazed at set up and the way they washed it inside and out in around 10 to 15 minutes. Good job will be back when I'm feeling lazy again

they are very tough when washing the car ,especially inside the car, be aware from them ,they lost a piece of my car (( gear interior fuse cover )),they are very rude when you call them by phone and they don't speak English well.. not recommend at all

Half arsed wash, more focused on getting you in and out again than on actually cleaning your car. Expect to come out with smears on your windscreen and random areas still with dirt on, eg around wheels and mirrors. Will look for somewhere else next time.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE ???????? completely agree with Stu Wiseglass - having moved house (3) times in (4) weeks our car was in a disgusting state but the guys worked their magic as the last time our car was this clean was also the day we collected our brand new car ! Wow! World-class car clean yesterday. I paid £20 for the Valet and questioned what I was going to get. But, boy, was I pleasantly surprised or should I say, overwhelmed.
My car was a complete state - I've got a 6 and a 4 year old who use the backseat as a dumping ground for unwanted foods. There were stains on the upholstery that I thought were permanent. The car was honestly a real mess.
I dropped it off yesterday and 4 guys were on hand to go to work on it immediately. They were done inside of 30 minutes.
The last time I saw my car looking this clean, was the day I collected it as a brand new. Even the upholstery stains have been removed. That for me was the real surprise and delight.
Thank you Epsom Hand Car Wash. I'll be back, time and time again.
I've ordered a few cheap car waste bins to hang around the front-seat headrests so hopefully it will be less messy next time :-)

I was using my mother's 2 year old C300 mercedes cab for a few days. She has a small/mid sized dog that she drives to and from the park where it runs around, gets muddy and then jumps around the inside all over the cream leather upholstery. It was filthy. I left the car with Alex and his crew and they cleaned inside and out. An hour and a half after leaving the car with them, they had it looking like new. An amazing job.

Paid £30 for an inside and out wash just before Christmas. It was raining so tipped an extra £10 on top. To be fair the car was very dirty to start with but the level of clean was less than expected. They did not open the fuel flap to clean there at all and liberal spraying of gloss on plastic didn't remove grime. I didn't check the car properly at the time due to weather and didn't use it over Christmas so my loss but cannot recommend.
