Easy access, thorough job, and really friendly staff. They did an excellent job of cleaning my large van last week, and topped up the pressure of one of my tyres (free of charge) that I knew had a slow puncture. A pleasure to do business with, and when I return to Epsom, will use them again. Thank you guys.

Sometimes they don't use enough water to clean the soap and most of the time doesn't dry properly. They used to be good but since the price is increased the standard is gone down but I think still better than the one on the Upper high street.

My experience was really bad I went there with my Mitsubishi Lancer with black wheels and all the products that use are really bad ones that the color of my wheels come off when I notice that after 5m come back and I ask who's going to be responsible for that the guy who says it's the owner say oiiii calm down and says no one will be doing anything and he did touch me on my jacket in very rude way and one of his staff even ask if my misses are Romania.... ...i recommend no one to go there and after all that I call the owner which the number on the website and he say don't play with me so... I hope you guys close soon because that's not the away to treat customers .... special if you need with there cars...

Avoid.
Cleaners were heavy handed and rushed the cleaning. Patches were missed and they could have taken their time to do a better job.
Worst of all, they yanked the front seats back with suck force that they have damaged the cable looming which runs out from the bottom of the front seats.
Once again - avoid this place!

Damaged the heating elements on the back window and the quality of the clean was very low. We went back to complain, more about the damage than anything else to be honest, and they were uninterested and just ran a water soaked rag over the top of the car and told us to be on our way.
We use to use D&T in leatherhead who were always excellent but tried to go somewhere more local to where we live now, after this bad experience we will be making the longer drive to Leatherhead to get our car cleaned from now on.
