Really really great place! They just soaked my wheels, power washed the whole car top to bottom, then used soap to clean every area and window also the underside of the wipers and then they power wash again and then buff the windows and wheels all for £10! There is a little of a wait been it all as they are very popular but they are good with the multitasking aspect! I've always come here and will continue coming here

Average car wash. £25 for a small SUV, option #4. They were fast (20 mins or less) but I deliberately went at a "slow" time around 2pm so they could do a better job without being rushed.. I was happy to wait longer to get it done decently.
Seems expensive to pay this and not even get the windscreen cleaned? I know it's extra to get upholstery cleaned, that's fine, but the vacuuming at least could have been better.

AVOID. Took my car there for the second time only to be damaged and scratched. Long story short, they ripped of my window trim detail while hand washing my car and also scratched the door paintwork! The manager saw this and he was apologising plus he mentioned CCTV might got this.
He gave me the owner's mobile phone and tried calling him several times but after he requested to see pics of the damage he began systematically to avoid picking up the phone and even hanged up.
This behaviour not only shows incompetence in trading standards but moronic ignorance too as the "company's owner" was smug and ironic with me when I informed him I am going to small claims court!
Next steps is putting together the small claims court form.. Hopefully I can get my money back.
PS. I have great respect for all the people working there outside in the cold and in no way this is directed to them- it is obviously the owners fault for being unprofessional and petty. Accidents happen and this is the reason for professional insurance, it shouldn't be more complicated than this.

Only went there twice so far and only had basic outside wash done there. But the service is really good. They do take their time and wash it well. Don't rush it. Good service and price. Will be going again.

People are rude and unfriendly. At first it seems like they are doing a great job with lots of good gear, on closer inspection they missed spots and don't do a good job. Save your money and go to an automated car wash, it will do a better job.

My husband and I were driving past and thought we would try out a new car wash so we got a quick wash and the staff were kind and all had smiley faces which is good to see. They all were so determined to make sure every car wash spotless and made every car we saw look amazing even our own car was better than expected! I do recommend to you all

Got a full valet for my car as it was in need for a big clean! and this car wash did the job the staff seemed determined to get my car perfect and i was surprised at how well my car was after! Definitely recommend

Not great! I paid for a mini valet because I wanted all the little gaps and joints cleaned because I want to sell the car, and I explained this to them. Still got a basic clean. Don't bother paying for anything more than the basic!

Damaged my car and refused to admit it! Actually managed to rip off a window wiper and then just threw it away, thinking I wouldn't notice. When I complained to the manager the clown who done it came tearing across the yard to 'square up' to me. A nasty and aggressive little boy who thought he was a big man. The manager was apologetic and in fairness seemed embarrassed about the behaviour of his staff. Best off avoided, especially with their above average prices.

BEWARE! Took my care for a wash. Had £8 in change in a small purse in glove compartment. Took out £2 to pay balance of £17 for car wash. Left £6 in purse.Went home and and checked compartment. Purse missing. Went back to car wash and asked the guy who cleaned the inside of my car.He was in denial. Shame. Will never go there again.

Price went up massively after Christmas (used to pay £14, now £23 not £19 as advertised on website!). Although people are polite, never 100% satisfied (areas not cleaned properly mainly handle areas, vacuum can't deal with dog hairs etc....)

After two rounds of hoovering, my car got even dirtier than was, saying they can't deal with pet hair and 'don't bring your car here next time'. Don't waste your time and money.

Even when they quite, they still can't clean the car properly. Windows are still wet (outside side), windows (inside side) have smerge are cleaning with spray. Boots never dryed, from the outside side and the inside side, the front bumper lower end never cleaned.

They never vacuum the car properly, just trying to have a quick turnaround instead of doing the ca properly and there's basically no difference between the standard wash and small valet except charging more for it.

First visit, car was very clean, and I was really impressed . Second time around, they missed a lot of the interior whilst vacuuming, left smudges of shining liquid everywhere, didn't clean rims and tires .Will not be going back anymore, unless really desperate.
