There’s no customer service, you can’t see item before buying them, nobody there to guide you through the purchase process and you can’t even call the store. Loads of plastic, no sustainable materials. Basically the emblem of consumerism, individualism, depersonalisation. Very backward. I wouldn’t recommend.

Ever since the revamp, waiting times to place an order or pick up an eBay item have been horrendous. What is the point of having eight till positions in a row when there are never more than two staff ( usually one) on them. Senior managers need to address this.

Great size Argos with plenty of stock!
Prices are typically a little more expensive than competitors but it's practical and quick.
Always check you have the right product as I've had a few issues in the past that were quickly resolved by the friendly staff.

Worst one I've been in so far. Moody, rude teenage staff don't even know what they are doing. Weirdest customer service I have ever experienced. Was like walking in to a place where all the grounded teenagers have to work on a Saturday!

Slow slow slow service! Loads of people waiting, distinct lack of staff collecting orders. When my order was ready, my number was called. My item was sat right there but the young lad just could not see it. I was giving him left, right, up, down directions! Would have been quicker to get it myself! Very frustrating! !!

Excellent outlet with a huge range of items sold. Big catologue. Argos own cheaper brands to higher brands. Can have delivery and same day delivery with surcharge. And can click and collect from here when ordering online. Can also collect certain items from here that have been ordered on ebay. Brilliantly useful.

Always chronically under staffed at peak times and at other times lots of staff standing around trying not to make eye contact with you. One time I was locked in at 17:55 and told to wait for the member of staff to deal with a customer before I could be let out... I didn’t wait.

I never find their touch screen info displays work very well. I always get a bit frustrated that they don't work right. Can feel like a betting shop inside. Sometimes you can buy things here you'll struggle to get elsewhere unless looking online
