I used the local IMO car wash here for the first time today and was pretty impressed. I choose the top wash, Ultra HD Pro-shield at £13, I got £2 off using their app. Only took a few minutes to go through the wash. I think it did a very good job all in all. The two staff on site were very friendly and helpful too. I will definitely use IMO again.

Very slapdash. Paid £13 for ultra HD and the car wasn't even prewashed sufficiently and even after going through the auto wash it was still grubby. Normally pretty good here but they weren't even that busy! Now I have to wash it again.

Best car wash by miles. I always use the £5.50 wash, its good value and includes extra attention from the attendants. Car always looks great after a visit! They sometimes have special offers on Sundays, and you can choose from a basic wash to a full valet. Friendly and efficient staff

Lack of prewash and little effort made to compensate with the main wash. Car is still filthy after a six pound wash. This is the second time a six pound wash was done this way.
Top of tailgate (under spoiler). Rear bumper. All wheels. Wing mirrors and corners of front windows. All haven't been touched (photos available).
If no prewash is included (why? Covid-19 risk?), then the charge be for a simple machine wash only.

I opted for the £9 hot wax & wash and had no complaints.
I have given 5*s due to the great customer service.
During the wash my wing mirror case was knocked off by the but the staff member in charge om the day was very helpful and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

First time I've visited this Car Wash and wow.
Nobody else in the queue when I arrived, as I approached the staff at the front of the queue and opened my window, I stated I would like the basic wash (1.99) to which the man immediately responded "pay 4 pound extra, you'll get a better wash" to which I politely declined. Within a couple of seconds he poked at the small rust scab on my front wheel arch and said "sorry, we wont wash it for £2, it will damage my brushes and it's not worth it for only £2" followed by a long pause, assumedly waiting for me to say I'd pay the extra....
Awful attitude and awful service, I cant even rate the wash as my custom was declined! Visited the car wash just down the road and received excellent service and no issues.
1/5 would avoid.

Just had my car valeted £30 all in for a wash as well the plastic parts have had a wipe down but seats and carpet in boot had a light hoover but overall still very dirty. I definitely expected for 30 for 40mins I was told to come back in the car to be alot cleaner. Won't be using them again

Friendly people ! I got a basic wash and a valet. Took about 30 minutes in all . Only problem which isn't fault to the car wash is while your waiting for the valet there isn't anything to do apart from going to Argos nearby . Overall everything was good
