I came to try your drive through car wash and had the £5 was quite good apart from water marks that needed drying off.
Second time I tried the £9 one and the long hairy dryers at the end left smeary greasy marks all over my windscreen and water marks dried all over the car. I thought the speed going through seemed faster there was a long queue.
Last week I came in and had the £5 one again and the same .
I told the two men there but they made no comment.
I will not be coming back.

Pretty decent car wash, attended jet wash followed by the automatic wash, rinse and dry. Several options for different service levels, probably not worth the premium options, spend the money on a proper hand wash if you're going to spend that much.

Usually good. I've washed my car twice in the recent past and was expecting my wheels to have the foam and jet wash like previous times before - and my wheels really needed it! I also felt like I was being rushed behind another car and I was way too close to it. During the whole wash I was majorly anxious I could hit the car in front. I didn't like how close we were... other than my wheels still being completely dirty - the rest of the car came out okay. When you pay for the more expensive one, you do expect a higher level of service. Perhaps next time I need my car washed I should go for a valet service. If I had the time to wash the car myself - I really would.

I went for the most expensive wash and wax, the Ultra HD pack, cost just over £14. Looked amazing afterwards. Unfortunately it rained the next day, dirt in the air was rained onto the car, which because of the waxing the previous day didn't wash off the car in the rain. So needed to re wash it. So overall a good car wash, just don't get it waxed if you're expecting rain.

It's quick and efficient to get car washed here, but never as good as a hand wash in my experience.
Usually they pre-wash your car but at the moment this isn't possible due to the restrictions, which are due to end on 12th April.
Not cheap and even with a pre-wash bits are often missed, like where there are lots of indented areas around the tailgate

The guys here are organised and professional. Still need to wipe over by hand after though as it will leave water marks if left.

Good helpful staff
Machine cleaned the roof well which was my main goal as i just cant reach it, did leave water spots around the car, but for £10.50 my car was clean enough for the speed the car travels through and out, my tyres were clean, I've used this one many times before, im pleased and I'd use again

The staff is always on the phone and don’t wash the car properly. when u pay full price. I really like IMO car washes I’ve use them for years but this one is a joke. don’t count on a full service they don’t even clean your wheels properly after U pay the one in Worthing is top notch. They clean both bumpers and make sure your wheels are clean. They don’t even tell u to pull forward to finish cleaning the rims very disappointed

Good enough car wash. I don't think automated car wash totally get your car clean even with the attended pre-wash, friendly enough staff and if you go at the right time straight through. Good value for money.

Disappointed. I’m not sure when IMO took over this business (Crumbles) but they are not at the standard of the previous owners. I had a wash I considered to be the equivalent of previous washes (I think they’ve increased prices also) but there was no wheel wash or soft brush down on stubborn dirt on car prior to full wash. Also screen and windows were left with a cloudy film. The car in front of me exited the wash with dirt still on the boot of his car (very noticeable as it was a white car).

To be honest, for 9 quid it was pretty average my wheels have hardly been washed and theres loads of places on the car that are still pretty dirty like the seals and boot lid etc. If I use it again, it will be the cheap £3 one and then go home and do it again hand.
