Excellent experience. I ordered a bike a few weeks ago and didn’t expect it to be in until June. The salesman Ray was very quick to let me know my bike had arrived and was very helpful getting all of the paperwork processed and the bike loaded up. Anastasia in finance was very helpful and was able to answer any and all questions I had regarding the sale. Overall great experience.

I’ve bought a lot of machines from Fay Myers over the years. The experience has always been average. Nothing great, but no real complaints. Just recently, however, I purchased a Honda Talon from Ray at Fay Myers. Ray is honest, transparent, sincere, hard-working and professional. The guy knows his stuff when it comes to racing also. Last, shout out to Billy on service. After I bought my Talon, there was a stalling issue. Turned out it was a simple bolt with a ground wire not tightened. I broke it off trying to tighten it in the parking lot, and on a busy Saturday, Billy dropped what he was doing to drill out the broken bolt and help me get on my way. Matt in parts is great too.

Chris was a professional and low-pressure salesman, and Matt was very patient and knowledgeable about riding gear. He even spent considerable time helping me load the bike into the bed of my truck for the first time. Definitely recommend this place!

Terrible experience! Signed up for their MSF course that was supposed to happen the weekend of April 28th, just to receive a phone call an hour later stating that the class I had signed up for OVER THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE was full. So they pushed me back to another course that was 2 weeks later. This morning I received an email stating that this course is now being pushed yet again. When I call to speak to someone and ask for a refund because at this rate I no longer need their course due to it being a whole month later now, I'm told that I can not receive a refund. Terrible planning and customer care here.

I have bought two Ducati bikes from Ray at Fay Myers and he is absolutely phenomenal. Ray is very knowledgeable and first/foremost listens to the customer and what they want. He has always had a great attitude towards everyone. Never felt pressured or rushed into buying. Anastasia in finance is also phenomenal and helps make the entire experience an absolute blast. Fay Myers is motorcycle heaven. They've got the biggest motorcycle inventory I've seen in Colorado. We stumbled upon it by pure luck since we were in the neighborhood. I was really interested in Ducatis and they have quite the inventory, having a separate section just for Ducati. They've got all the bikes you could ever want.
Ray Kelly was tremendously helpful to work with. He patiently walked me through the different aspects of each motorcycle without being too pushy. I ended up going back in a couple of days after the visit, since I didn't have my gear to test ride the first time. Though there were delays due to a lot of folks buying powersports, I got to test ride a couple of bikes and bought a Monster.
They were very reasonable with their pricing given the COVID crisis and a shortage of motorcycles in the country. The deal and paperwork was done within a few hours. I had the bike delivered the next day. Its a dream to ride it and I'm glad I stopped by Fay Myers.
They've got a nice selection of accessories to go with the bike as well. They carry pretty much every brand except for Yamahas, BMW and Triumph. The offer you a discount on accessories if you buy the bike. Also, delivery is free.
Be aware that they do not list their motorcycles on CycleTrader, etc, so I had no idea they existed till I drove by. So if you're looking for a bike you don't find anywhere in Colorado, there's a high chance they might have it. Check their website and talk to Ray.

Tony King one of the sales guy helped me find a bike that was a great fit for me he was the best! I did notice a few things wrong with the bike I bought that I wish I would have known before purchase granted it was used but rear brake lever wouldn't activate the light simple fix and the valves are ticking on my bike wouldn't have noticed till you rode it around a little bit. I would have had no issues paying 400 or whatever to have them fix it but ill probably take my business else where.

Terrible service! Would not recommend anyone to go here. Recently purchased an ATV from the western slope. They did not have the accessories I needed to put onto my ATV. Unfortunately for me Fay Myers did. Walked back to get my parts and everyone back there seemed to be inconvenienced that I was purchasing something. Decided I wanted to look at another single seat machine to possibly purchase today (in cash), but not a single salesperson wanted to help me. They all wanted to sit around and BS and drink their coffee's. I will NEVER do business here again and will recommend all family and friends to avoid them also. Will continue doing my business on the western slope with a company who actually wants your business.
