Not only does he offer help and information before a purchase, he continues to communicate with his clients after the transaction is complete. So where do I start???!!? JOSH JOSH JOSH is the man! I went into Malcolm Smith 1week prior to purchasing my new bike. The bike(2stroke) that I purchased wasn’t initially what I had in mind, but Josh took his time to ask about riding style, conditions and what I enjoy the most then recommended the bike that suited me best. What I admired the most about Josh is that he wasn’t pushy like most salesman; he’s patient, informative and treats you like family.I saved money due to his intuition, and gained so much more enjoyment of off-roading as well as a new friend. I can’t even imagine owning a different bike now. It’s been 3months and he still check on me every other day... MALCOLM SMITH you got a real one on your team!!! Hold him close. I know who I’m going to when it’s time for an upgrade!!

I stop by often at this dealership, I like the selection of bikes they have. It's kind of getting ideas for my next bike. This time around they had one I was interested in, used with only 5 miles on it. I had a price in mind and Josh Flores did an incredible job getting me this bike. Even though I wasn't desperate or in need of another motorcycle. Have 5 now in my stable. If not for professionalism and great personality of Josh. I would have just leave and get along with my life. But he understood my situation. Great experience. Thank you very much..

As a new and short rider, I had a really hard time finding something I was comfortable on. Jeff spent nearly 2 hours with me and having me try different bikes and telling me about them. He wasn’t pushy or impatient which means A LOT! He was so friendly and informative and I had a great experience, and by the end of my visit I was the proud owner of a new bike! Hands down AMAZING rep Josh!!! I recently bought a duel sport motorcycle from Malcolm Smith Motorsports. I have been so happy with the my bike. They did a followup afterwards to make sure everything was still going good with my bike. They cared about me more than the "big sale". Malcolm sales reps and Josh had an opportunity to sell me a new bike however, they just got a identical slightly used one in that day that was more in my my price range. It was so nice that they were able to work with the new to me bike that came in. I absolutely love my bike and I recommended Josh at Malcolm Smith Motorsports any time.

I had my bike dropped off on 27 Feb 21 because my 2019 KTM 790 duke was cutting out and chopping on low speeds. So I took it in for warranty work and have been told multiple times it has been fixed. I have driven down to riverside 3 times from Twentynine Palms each time the bike was not fixed. Every single time it felt like they were just spitting in my face theoretically. It’s is 15 Apr 21 and still have no bike. Very disappointed with the service and do not recommend anyone going in for service.

If you like throwing your money away, definitely go here. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Had a very bad experience here. I was looking to buy a kawasaki 400. I was told that the sales manager would speak to us in a few minutes, but he never came out. I wasted my time and the sales person kept insisting we buy the motorcycle 2000 dollars over listed price. Definitely never coming back.
Originally gave 1 star, had to update in order to get things to post. From what it looks like, Malcolm Smith Motorsports pays to not allow 1 star ratings to appear on their rating system.

Everyone was so amazing and helpful! I’d been looking for a specific jet ski and called this place. Lucky for me they had one coming this month and Josh (our sales rep) walked me through all the paper work over the phone and kept me updated until it was finally in store. The employees do not abide by the mask policy and other CDC guidelines. They are either not wearing a mask, have it in their hand, or have it pulled down under their chin. They are also not social distancing. My bf and I were ready to buy a bike for him and he already knew which one he wanted, however we ended up leaving because no one checked up on us and we didn't feel safe.

After reading and researching the history of Malcolm Smith; it's a shame that their policy for taking off 5 tiny exposed J.I.S. screws for me to access my air filters, is to charge 52 dollars. I understand capitalism and the way it works but it also seemed like Malcolm Smith's passion for motorcycles wouldn't lead the business to become about finding any excuse to over charge based on "standard" procedures. Other than that some Employees are awesome and extremely friendly so the two stars goes to them.
