They are not the cheapest but they are certainly very polite and professional and cannot be beaten on service as not many car audio fitting centres available in London anyway. Having a demo display panel with live car audio where customers can see for themselves how the units are working and how the sound is it could boost their sale.

Dropped in without an appointment. I had in mind the double-DIN head unit I wanted but, after discussing my requirements, I was advised on a different one that cost less.
This was fitted in to my JDM car quickly and professionally. I was given a brief tutorial on how to use my new stereo and the whole thing took about 20 minutes from me selecting the device to driving away.
I also asked about replacing the speakers in my car and, again, I was advised of a cheaper/more effective option.
In short, the guys are helpful, friendly and not looking to rip you off.
I will no doubt be back.

I ordered a headunit online from them stores. I was running it to some issues on the instalation then i call them. They told me to go in they gonna have alokk at it. And boom sorted. Good knowledge from the technician friendly team. Plesure to visit them. Definitely can advise to everyone ot there. U can chose from lots of staff them online store do next day delivery and u can't really beat them in price.

Had a Toyota Corolla 2003 to fit DIN2 type radio/CD player. Initially took to local Halfords who did try but could not find a facia that would fit and advised me to try Toyota direct. Searched around and found Car Audio Centre in Ilford. Spoke with Hooshi about the problem who was extremely helpful. Eventually took it to them but again no facia would work. However they were excellent and found another vehicle type facia which they modified by cutting out a few bits and managed to fit my radio etc. SUPERB SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY AND ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED!!!

Albeit quick, the job of fitting a single din stereo was poorly done as well as overpriced.
Paid over 300 (incl. Parts) for fitting a unit that costs £130. Later found out Halfords fits the same unit for £250 including all the parts needed. I was "overseeing" the instal and I didn't like at all that they've used an impact driver to screw down plastic bits in the car. The A pillar was stained and one of the screwing points broken which I found out when I decided to run new wires and replace all the speakers myself since their quote was ridiculous.
Poor and misleading on site advice, they will take advantage of you if you're don't know much about car audio so ready your pockets.

Originally took my X5 to Halfords for new speakers and sub. Sound was actually worse after leaving Halfords, was advised that my head unit needed upgrading by the guy at Halfords!
Decided to take it to these guys and after 20 mins they had my sound sounding perfect.
Seriously, if you're looking to get good quality sound in your car do not hesitate to take it here. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff..... done a few extra things I didn't request at no extra cost too.

I was sent the wrong speakers. I ordered Pioneer TS-E170CI speakers but was sent Pioneer TS-E171CI. As the models are very similar I didn't notice until I had installed them. I emailed them asking why I was sent the wrong speakers and got no reply!
