I was recommended Cedar Garage as an alternative to Audi for the servicing of my A3. I was not disappointed! Not only are Cedar Garage extremely price competitive but they also came across as courteous and professional. My car was not only fully serviced but they also carried out a timing belt and tensioner change along with a brake fluid change. They are also able to update your Audi online service record which is an added bonus! I will not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Another seamless experience!
After having a timing belt previously replaced at the back end of last year, we were faced with a minor problem with oil fumes entering the cab, this turned out to be an injector seal, which was replaced in good time and at good price.
Unfortunately we were still experiencing a minor problem of oil fumes entering the cab.
Cedar garage promptly booked and inspection date.
UV dye now circulating the the engine ( all free of charge. A courtesy car provided at a reasonable rate) Fingers crossed we can sort the problem.

I went to Cedar garages with an odd engine noise, they quickly diagnosed the problem and performed their free car health inspection. Within this health inspection multiple other problems were detected. Instead of trying to talk me into spending thousands repairing these faults and running diagnostics, they kindly explained all my available options and helped me to make the best choice for me.

I booked my Audi A8 in for it's annual MOT with the guys at Cedar Garage and they did not disappoint. They said the MOT would take an hour and they would call me when it was completed and that's exactly what happened. The courtesy and professionalism was there as usual and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for excellent value and fantastic customer care. The Audi passed by the way!

My BMW i3s first time at Cedar Garage, chosen for their HEVRA accreditation. Full service and MOT much better value than BMW Dealer. Communication by phone, email and in person all FIRST CLASS. Only one little gripe: no one mentioned a charge of £15+VAT for Courtesy car. Bit surprised as these are usually free (clue's in the name!). Will certainly be back though!

I used these guys last year to mot and service my car and that was straight forward enough and I was happy. However this year i had a problem with my gearbox and decided to pop it down to them to have a look.
Picked up the car and on the way home I noticed that the speedometer had changed to kilometres per hour from mph and the digital radio was flashing, so I gave them a call to say I think one of your technitions has forgotten to reconnect the battery after disconnecting it for the gearbox cable that they have on Citroens..And all I got from them on the phone was a polite.... wasn't us swat away on the phone ..all they had to say was sorry Mr luff, bring it down to us and we'll reset it for you...so because they couldn't take responsibility which I don't like I shall take my future cars for service, mot and general work else where...

I brought my car to Cedar Garage for an overheating issue. They very quickly diagnosed the problem(s) (unlike previous garages) and instantly called me with detailed test results, a quote, and even sent me a nice explanation video in order to understand the repair process better.
My car needed a week of repairs and they kindly offered a courtesy car as temporarily replacement and this was very welcome. The courtesy cas was even better than my car.
They gave me frequent updates about the status of the repair and even ran further checks on an intermittent problem they found, and also fixed that.
My car is now fixed for good, the price was very reasonable, and they even gave me a small discount because of the second issue that I didn't even expect them to fix.
I couldn't be more satisfied, the quality is great, the service is awesome and the staff is very kind and dedicated. Special thanks to Stacie who was particularly helpful.

I have used Cedar twice in the last week. The first time was to look at a part of my boot that had broken, they had a look and were really honest in saying that it needs to go to a bodyshop... They didn't charge for this.
Then over the weekend I started to hear a new knocking noise, got the car booked in quickly and they assessed to say they couldn't find any fault even after extensive tests. I've been looking for this kind of garage for ages, one that doesn't just do work for the sake of it and I finally think I've found it.

I have used Cedar twice now and on both occasions I came out with excellent work being done AND less money being paid. For example, my last visit needed the driver’s chair removing for a leather repair elsewhere. I was quoted an all in price of £90. But when I had the seat put back in and was ready to pay the bill they said the labour time was less than they thought and was less than one hour all in, so I was charged £67.50. I don’t think that has ever happened to me before! But that’s the nature of this place - great quality and honest.

Brilliant customer experience from both Ashley and Adam. Took my jaguar in for diagnosis of heavy vibrations, was diagnosed within the hour by Adam. Ashley sorted all the admin with the warranty company and got the authority. Day after diagnosis car all repaired to top standard. Excellent group of workers. Defiantly be back if ever need to! :)

Had a very complicated issue and had been to two garages prior to using Cedar Garage. They dealt with the issue and the very difficult warranty company with superb professionalism. I was kept up date at every stage of the process and felt very well informed. Rob personally took the fight to the warranty company to get the issue resolved at the least cost to myself. I felt that nothing was too much trouble for Rob and the team and I am very happy with the outcome. I cannot recommend the team at Cedar Garage more highly.

Really liked the collection and delivery service offered, meant I didnt have to make prior arrangement for pick-up and drop offs. Whilst the MOT is on the more expensive side vs. its competitors I find that the extra money is well spent as I have less minor remedial works being flagged or undertaken and that the Cedar team genuinely highlight material issues and honest and fair pricing and quality service to fulfil them. Very positive experience, would recommend.

If you are looking for a good garage, you have come to wrong place because Cedar garage is the best. I highly recommended. I was the second time in the Cedar garage with my friend`s car - citroen c3 diesel. Having up until this point used my local main dealer for servicing and repair, I decided now was the time to use an independent garage. Having read online reviews and asked for quotations for the work I needed from two garages I chose Cedar. What particularly impressed me was their communication, particularly when they informed me that some of the work I thought needed doing was not necessary at this time. This saved me around £300. a more cynical operator would have kept quiet. The work they did do was completed on time and explained when I collected my car.
Ultimately, what this means is I will go back to Cedar in the future and they will more than get back the £300 they sacrificed on this occasion. Honesty is always the best policy.

Main service done early in year just before lockdown. Car collected and returned. Paid via phone but also had text before as a reminder. Just had car MoT had text beginning as a reminder to book and si I did text the day before as a reminder plus email. Appointment time good, I waited and paid via card. Very quick and professional garage. All pass ok plus was informed of a recall which I have dealt with now. Will use again.
