I don't normally take the time to give such reviews but I'm more than happy to for Cedar Garage. Their workmanship is great and their customer service is excellent! Taking time to smile, say hello and goodbye are really small things but they make a big difference :-) They also take the time to answer any questions I may have and never make me feel sill for asking them. The car air freshener, sweets and key ring tag which I found after leaving the garage were a really peasant surprise too. I wish Cedar Garage all the best - long may your business prosper and continue to grow.

First-class service from a brilliant, caring team. On my recent MOT a change of windscreen needed to be factored into the equation. Cedar is just a fantastic garage and me and my wife trust them completely with both of our cars, the Ford B max and the Fiat Panda. Having MOTs done with Cedar is completely stress free unlike other garages and we will definitely continue to use them for the foreseeable future as their standard of service is 5 stars and their staff are super helpful.

No comments for this garage. Very nice people, extremely skilled mechanics and very good and helpful customer service. Everytime when I need to take my car to a garage I would definetly use this garage again and again. Good prices, they tell you if you need or do not need to change something at you car, so they don't want you to spend money for something that tou don't need on your car. Very rare you see people like this who care about you car and your money. Good job guys that's why this garage it's the BEST !

took my car in for air con, they told me it was a pipe over wheel arch which needed replacing, cost just under £500, took it back within 48 hours, as not fixed, they then told me it was a part to the rear of car, very difficult to get too, cost around £1000.
Took it to another garage who pressure tested the system, found a leak on a seal as wrong one had been fitted, changed it for the correct one, could not see where the new parts had been fitted by Cedar, pressure tested again, all good, total cost £60.
Had been using Cedar when the old chaps were there, it was fantastic then, we stayed with them and had three cars which they looked after. Had a few little niggles but nothing like this.
Not so great now, lost faith in them and using another garage who have been fabulous both in service and cost.
Cedar were aware of issue and said they would come back to me, once they had spoken with the engineer. They have not contacted me since. Silence speaks volumes.

I have used Cedar Garage twice now and have been delighted both times, they will tell you how much it is going to cost before they start work. On collection, they will talk you through your bill and explain what they have done. Thoroughly professional and friendly, if I need to I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

This was the 3rd garage I tried to remedy an issue with my car, and I can’t fault the service I received, not only did they fix the car, but they explained the issue to me and provided me with documentation detailing the problem ahead of me proceeding with the repair. What a team, fitted two new tires to my mini this morning like an F1 crew. Worth getting the team at Cedar to check your tires, if you get pulled with illegal tires, it's on the spot £2500 plus 6 points on your license.
Top Garage 2018, top garage full stop.
Highly recommend them.

Rob and his team are real professionals. They are all very friendly and helpful. Rob even booked a cab for us to go walk around town while his guys fitted our Multimac child seats to the car. I was advised by a mechanic that i needed a new water pump as the bearing was making a squeaking noise, i contacted Cedar garage and explained to Stacey what i assumed needed doing, a fair price estimate was given and i booked the car in for the work next day! I received a call from Stacey saying that the tensioner was also faulty and was probably the cause of the original problem, ok so more money but a trusted bit of advice. The work was all done in a day and they also did a free multi point vehicle check which is useful. All in all great customer service from booking and the work done and would highly recommend if you want an honest price great customer service and quality work - thank you ???? from Linda

I found that Cedar Garage at: 307 Tarring Road, West Worthing, West Sussex, UK, has a nice welcoming, atmosphere in the Customer reception area, and that the work done on my Ford B Max (TItanium), for example a recent M.O.T. Test in September and a Winter health Check, earlier this month of November were both very professionally and promptly done and no problems have arisen afterwards. The Garage's communications online have always been courteous and helpful, even where my plans have had occasionally to be changed almost at the last minute. Altogether a very positive experience. Thank you Rob and Ben and all the team. Excellent repair to the A/C on my Honda. First time I have used this garage. Found it on the Internet. Best choice I could possibly have made. Courteous efficient - work done included fitting new compressor. It's a joy to drive now in this hot weather. I hadn't realised when I took my car into their garage last week that they had won an extremely coveted award. Not the least surprised! Well done all of you. Well there's not much more I can say. I've been using Cedar for a number of years after they were recommended by a breakdown driver and I cannot commend the team highly enough. Nothing is to much for them and you're always made to feel that you can ask anything and not feel a fool. Being able to book on line now is great and getting reminders by email and text for services is very welcome.
They will go out of their way to help and explain matters, and when you're not a car buff being able to trust the information you're given means you have every confidence that you're getting a quality service, and know you're in safe hands.

Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Not what you would normally associate with a garage. I would NEVER take my motor anywhere else nowadays. Tried and tested. Have used Cedar Garage several times over the last two or so years and have been extremely pleased each time. Most recently we had an issue which ended up involving far more work than was originally anticipated, but the guys at Cedar were very fair and generous coming to an agreement to cover the extra work. We've always been very happy with the service we've received and that it's been done at a very reasonable cost. Friendly efficient service for my confused elderly mother. As I live an hour away from Worthing I had to arrange for collection, MOT and return of her car over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very polite and patient. (I believe I spoke to Steve & Rob). Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend this garage who went out of their way to help.
