Cedar Garage is by far the best garage in Worthing and is the best garage I have ever used. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and 100% trustworthy. They have saved my bacon several times. I once phoned them at 5pm in a real state as I had just crashed my husband's car. He needed it the next day in order to drive to the airport for work. Despite being extremely busy, they got on the case straight away and ordered the part they needed then and there. By 11 am the next morning it was all fixed and as good as new. Another time, my car broke down with 3 children in it. I called them in a panic and they reassured me 100% and told me to get the tow truck to bring it straight to them. I am not someone who writes many reviews but Cedar garage goes above and beyond the call of duty and offers an outstanding service which I feel deserves to be commended. Do not go anywhere else! You will not find better service or quality of care than Cedar Garage.

Kevin & his team have been great with me for the past 3-4 years, My van is my business & every day off the road is lost £££. If I call cedar I know they'll do what they can to get me in, diagnose & get me mobile ASAP.

The first service of my new Peugeot, was completed at Cedar Garage.
I arrived at the allot time, was met by a smile from a polite mannered young man, who showed me into reception.
From there, my concerns were noted and I left the key.
A few hours later, a text messaged informed me the job had been done. No fuss, no drama, efficient and professional and most importantly at the price agreed. Hopefully they will have space for my return next year.

I would thoroughly recommend Cedar Garage. We needed a new cam belt and various other work done on our Audi A3 and after being quoted very high prices from both the main dealer and another local garage I was relieved to get a reasonable price from them. We also needed the work doing asap as we were going on holiday. We were really pleased with the efficient service, clear explanation of what needed doing. The staff were polite and friendly and without a doubt will return there for the MOT and future services.

Rob (the manager) and his colleagues were not only courteous but very helpful in arranging to service my wife's new (second hand) car and to undertake some repairs. They were most efficient, ringing me at home to inform me of a couple of problems they discovered during the major service and quoted a price to rectify them. I was most impressed the way they treated me as a first time customer and offered additional benefits whist the car was being serviced which I gladly accepted.
Accordingly, I have no hesitation in recommending Cedar Garage to anyone who is looking for a professionally run operation with customer service a priority. I for one will be using their services again when the car needs the interim service or if a repair is required.. Thank you very much Rob!

Didn't charge us for courtesy car for first week as they couldn't get to work on my car til then, but then misquoted me for cost of courtesy car but honoured the lower price, so I wound up having a courtesy car for 2 and a bit weeks, for the price of 3 days. The work is carried out well, but they don't call to update you when they say they will. Twice I've been left all day without a car without a clue when it'll be returned. I understand some things are difficult to diagnose, but that doesn't excuse poor communication. I was told to drop my car off for MOT at 8.30. It didn't get looked at until 5.15, as they were behind due to a phone line problem earlier in the week. I wasn't informed of this until I picked my car up! I did use them again, but the last time my car was there I had to call four times, each time I was told we'll call back with an update in 20 minutes and they never did. When I finally collected my car and took it home, I had to take it back in my own time when I was on my way to a 12 hour night shift as they hadn't replaced the pollen filter. They did apologise briefly, but no mention of a discount for my trouble. I also saw one of the owners chastise an employee, which should never be done in public. For that reason alone, I won't be using again.

Probably one of the most professional garages we've ever taken a car to. Extremely friendly customer service staff and great value to. We had a mysterious engine fault with our mini but the great mechanics traced it right back to the simplest of things and now our car runs like new. We had the clutch replaced too and to be honest we did have a little issue after collection. However, it was an honest oversight and the team at Cedar could not have been more accommodating in rectifying the problem at no inconvenience to myself. These people know what they are doing and your vehicle is in safe hands. Good, honest service. Thank you Cedar.

This visit was to replace parts on the front suspension, carry out a minor service and MOT. Suspension work proved trickier than expected but they still honoured the original estimate price.
Not easy to trust people with my pride and joy but I've already asked them to cost up some extra work.

My Citroen Belingo van was in need of some work following a recent MOT, which showed an advisory issue with the engine. Having been recommended to Cedar garage, I was extremely impressed with the service I received.
They phoned once the issue had been detected and confirmed it was cheaper than first quoted. They rang again to confirm it was ready for collection.
Having received such good service, I booked it in again to have a air fan fitted as I transport dogs in - again great service and within my price range.

Having taken my car to a trusted mechanic, who was unable to trace the source of my problem, I decided to try Cedar Garage. What a great decision! I popped in on a Thursday, agreed for them to look it over on Friday to locate the problem. My car was ready at the end of Friday problem traced and fixed and at a cost that was well below anything anticipated – I am so grateful. Recently I needed a mechanic and I "googled" local garages. Cedar Garage came up and it was conveniently close to where I live. I phoned and spoke to Rob who I found was polite and extremely helpful. Bearing in mind this was coming up to a Bank Holiday weekend and they were stacked up with jobs they were still willing to try and get my car back on the road again.
Whilst waiting in their reception area for a part that they ordered I was really impressed by the efficient way the office is run. All the staff were really friendly and within 45 minutes or so the part had arrived and my car was ready to go!
I will certainly be using them again and would not hesitate to strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
