I was 12 minutes late for a aircon recharge at the hinckley branch because of traffic, they wouldn't see me, I was not impressed because there was nothing else but a van in the garage, it seemed I was interfering with their lunch.!! I picked up the phone and spoke to ATS in Nuneaton, they saw me without an appointment, I went and the Nuneaton ATS was much bigger and better, got the job done and went home in the same time it would of took at the hinckley branch... I'll never go back to the Hinckly branch and the rude fat contrler ever again!!!

The Best one stop workshop in Hinckley,The staff are polite and nothing is too much trouble they don't charge an arm and a leg unlike other tyre shops in Hinckley.

Popped into Hinckley today ... came out of Aldi and had flat tyre... drove it round to ats and asked if they could help ... they said to leave it with them and even though they were doing appointments only they very kindly fitted me in .. had to wait but didn’t mind that .. staff were really nice and I really appreciated their help ... thanks lads ????????

I had car trouble a few months and managed to make it to the garage on my way to work. From the get to the workers were so supportive and helpful.
I didn’t have a booking and they went above and beyond to help me.
They had my car fixed and ready to go within the day and I can’t thank the lads enough.
I was very panicky when I arrived and the workers calmed me down and supported me in finding out what the problem was.
Most definitely recommend this garage, Honest, helpful and efficient. Thank you so much for all your help lads.

Wasted my time and efforts on purchasing the tyre by online. Though I have received the order confirmation email from ATS with the fitting date and ATS Hinckley as fitting center. Received the call from ATS Hinckley its back order and they will refund my money. I have no idea why ATS website allows the customer to place the order and disappoint the customer after making payment. Still I have not received any order cancellation or refund notification email either.

I used this garage when I bought tyres online through BlackCircles. However I called in when they opened on a sat morning with a slow puncture, I was told they couldn't do anything until after 12, no cars had arrived in at this stage, so I went to Britania Tyres opposite. While waiting as Britania guys sorted my problem, I could see the ATS guys stood outside their garage drinking coffee and smoking. They easily could have squeezed me in. As a result, I'll be using Britania as a first choice over ATS from now on.

What a bunch of cowboys - I went their for a free brake check and they took this as an opportunity to make some money off me! They advised the following: All brake discs/pads need replacing, all tyres need replacing, rear window screen needs replacing, oil change, all brake bulbs, indicator bulbs (driver side), exhaust has a big hole in it and is on the verge of dropping off. The total bill was £1300. If I wanted just tyres and brakes i was looking at £650. So I said no ill leave it at which point the member of staff got frustrated and annoyed with me because I wouldn't do the work with them. I knew they were not being truthful because my car has sensors on when the screen wash or oil gets low and the driver is warned, these warning signs didn't go off at all! I took it to a independent garage where he said all I need is 1 tyre and brakes doing! cost me £350, which is a £950 saving just before Christmas! I would advise anyone to check around as ATS is only in it for the money! my neighbor when there and wasn't happy with the work they they did on his Ford and he paid 40% extra to get the work done by ATS

Took my car in for new brake pads rang me to say that it needed new discs, told me to come and see as they had the wheels off and that the price would be £360!!!! I asked them to put the wheels back on the guy argued with me until I demanded that he did.
Well what do you know got the whole job done for £190!!! Rip off merchants I advise you to go else where.
When I told the guy at reception he said that's too cheap well ats you need to look at why it was so expensive.

shocking experience. awful bullying staff. Asked them for a quote to change 2 bulbs. they did the work without authorisation, and had the nerve to charge £33 for it! and they hadn't even fit the bulbs properly. Go here at your own risk. The manager, Andy, does not the meaning of customer service - he actually said to me, 'you should have done it yourself!' Absolutely awful. they're out to con, not to get repeat faithful custom.
