online price for service and mot was £190 but Hinckley garage told me its £280 and they cant service me for the online price. so i contacted costumer service and they told me the garage manager was not right they should have booked me in using the online qoute.
so 3 calls and 4 email later i took my business somewhere else

Having discovered my fathers car tyre to have a screw in it i decided to take him to our local ATS and get a new tyre. i called in advance to see if they had any in stock, they said yes they had 5! i turned up 15 minutes later to be told by a very rude man on reception he had 2 men working today and that was no chance it could be done bring it back tomorrow.
wouldn't mind but we drove into town especially to get it done and at a cost of £120 i thought we would of been treated a little bit better than that!
lost me as a customer anyways!!

I would AVOID this place.over priced worse customer service and rip off prices.Use this garage and be ripped off.Anyone can talk down to people and tell them a oh dear this needs replacing.Go somewhere else and save your hard earned cash.

Terrible garage, one of the tech's drove one of our vehicles that had 3 brakes to his home to (and I quote) "pop home to get some diagnostic kit". AVOID
