Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We have used them twice now for a speaker upgrade and a new subwoofer and both times we have been really happy with the service from Rob, Richard, Mark and Becky. (I hope I haven't missed anyone!) Thanks so much - highly recommended. These guys properly know their stuff and you should definitely use them! If you've got a Mercedes, don't bother shopping about just go here.

I have been communicating with Richard and Mark for a few months now as I wanted to make sure I got the correct head unit with built in sat-nav for my motorhomes. Despite me emailing endless random questions they were super helpful. Long before I had even committed to purchase their customer service, knowledge and advice was invaluable. They are clearly experts and were able to come up with a great ranges of options at competitive prices. I can’t wait to have the unit fitted in the next few weeks.

I have just had my Mercedes CLS63 AMG S installed with apple car play. I originally found this company online through a Mercedes forum. All I can say is how happy I am with the product it has really bought the car up to date. I work flat out Monday to Friday do it’s very difficult for me to do anything during the week, so they arranged to open on a Saturday am for me to have it done. The service from beginning to end had been great and they really know there products. I will be back for more additions to other vehicles I own.

The guy who owns this place is called Richard.
He is a kind, polite man who goes out of his way to help the customer.
He's the kind of man who has plenty of knowledge and is very willing to share it. Richard also gets back to you quickly which is rare in this day and age.
If you'd like a good electronic stereo, mobile camera and car alarm type place then this is the place for you.

Richard and his team were absolutely superb at sorting out my car. The W204 speaker upgrade and extra sound dampening has transformed my in-car experience.
Mark and Richard are incredibly knowledgeable individuals and their dedication in ensuring perfection and seeking customer satisfaction is unparalleled.
The team at the workshop are all incredibly accommodating to customers schedules and needs and no job is too big an ask.

So after a slight software issue from having CarPlay retrofitted to my C class I felt it was only right to update my previous review of this business as the aftercare I have received has been second to none.
I visited this business on the 21st to have CarPlay fitted as the standard sat nav drives me up the wall and even with the latest maps, many roads and restrictions in London are missing. Unfortunately my car suffered a software corruption which at the time was frustrating. However I received a call from Richard the very next day explaining to me how he was already working on a fix should the dealer be unable to resolve my issue.
Long story short I now have CarPlay working perfectly thanks to unique car sound & security and once again can not fault the friendly, knowledgable staff who have your back and won’t leave you high and dry should anything go wrong.
Would certainly recommend to others as the customer service really is spot on and a few other business could take a lesson here.
I will most certainly be back for a dashcam fitting!

I am a member of the Mercedes Benz Owners Club who recommended the above named Company to fit a genuine Mercedes Comand satnav system to my CLK 280 Cabriolet. I am delighted with the system and can thoroughly recommend these guys. They are courteous efficient and reliable, it took just over a hour to fit the unit, and they even provided me with a demonstration of the features of the system before I left.

What a brilliant shop. I went there with a query about an Aux cable for my van, as another "expert" had said it couldn't be done I thought I might be disappointed again. But they went to work on it straightaway and I came away being able to plug in my phone & listen to my Spotify like I have been wanting to. Amazing service, friendly & helpful, will definitely use them again when I come to upgrade.

Mark and his team did a great job in installing front and rear dash cams in my car few days ago. The installation was fast, the wiring was neat and so far I am happy with how the dash cams work. All I needed was a blue tooth harness for my transporter, I got told to go to a VW parts specialist which I needed an account for. I ended up at a company called Bannings who were much more helpful they found the part that I needed with in around 5 minutes and I managed to fit it my self which was fairly easy. I’m not sure as to why they couldn’t find this BT harness, perhaps they were to busy but in my opinion they could have given me better advice.

I had my existing HK speakers replaced by a set of Morel components and Dynamat fitted by Unique today in the front doors of my CLS. Mark and Richard couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Already, on the drive home the difference is like night and day, literally unbelievable ! The bass is so much tighter and the treble crisper, with absolutely zero rattles and shakes like there was before. I have used Comand/Unique numerous times in the past for work on my cars, and without fail the job is done professionally and for a good price. Thoroughly recommended !

So in response to the rude reply from Unique regarding the VW BT harness.
1st - If you know some VW parts specialist do not require an account why did you send me to one that did require an account.
2nd - How come Bannings managed to found the part for me online in five minutes? I guess you couldn’t be bothered to even give me that.
3rd - So about all the great reviews you get, I guess this basically means you can help everyone else out but not me? What do you want a medal?!
It was a simple job all I was looking for was someone to help me out or at the very least find the right part for me!
A simple apology would have gone along way!

I don’t trust mercedes dealer in their work and prices so found this company who was extremely knowledgeable in what I wanted done they had all tech to do the job which was to code and program a second hand comand head unit which I had bought second hand it took a long time to do and they was very patient and got job done yes it cost a lot of money but so does their equipment and knowledge and they saved me thousands from potentially going to the dealer . very grateful to mark who done my car .

Carried out the installation, coding and additional looming requirements for my C63 facelift project.
Great communication from the team from initial E mails to keeping me informed of the progress of the job as it went on.
I traveled down from Newcastle due to their excellent reputation on the MB Club forum and the team dropped me off and picked me up from the hotel I was staying at (they even recommended the best local hotel to stay at).
Professional job carried out and I couldn’t fault them for any aspect of the job.
