Boycott this store. Rubbish store.. don’t go to this store to buy your game or other things. they just take your money don’t give your stuff. The staff just after your money. I paid for Xbox one x £449 also I paid extra £36 for the membership card etc. They guy said he put everything in my shopping bag. I went home and open my bag to setup my Xbox. I don’t find the HDMI cable and the extra controller and its charger cable. Next day I went to the shop and requested for my missing productions. The guy said they don’t give extra controller with this deal. I showed him the adds on the shop that Xbox one x with extra controller. He replied to me that this deal is start from today and you brought the console yesterday. I was really shocked. I told the guy that I took a photo yesterday on your deal adds and sent to my friend to buy it. Then he seen the photo from my phone and replied to that it’s online deal. And then he asked me did you open the box ! I said yeah I opened it and then I found out missing parts. The guy said to me again that if you don’t open the box then I would give you the extra controller which is new deal. But now I can do anything. What a scam... I paid for the same deal and they asked me to pay more £49.99 for extra controller. Totally rubbish service. They just rob me basically. Don’t go to this store. If you shop from there make sure you open the box and check everything before you leave the store.

I demanded extra points for making me comeback for reward points. How can they forget in the first place when it is one of the most important thing for CUSTOMERS (I guess that is the problem).
They blamed me for not coming back when it was "convenient" and were too busy blaming each other between online chat and branch is pushing for responsibility.
Branch had "wow so you are asking for a free stuff (literally what they said)" attitude and online chat were too busy blaming others. I thought this guys were THE team.
Staffs weren't that helpful either when they were asked for help, they were too "busy" doing their own things such as clearing there shelf and had that 'yeh what do you want' attitude. Wow what a service.

Very poor customer service!
Pre-ordered the Snes mini for my cousin, however I never received a call or email regarding the Snes release date and collection time.
I had to search various sites to get the direct number for the store because the number online takes me to an agent with a wait time over 20 minutes unfortunately.
When I pre-ordered the console, the member of staff did confirm everything was fine after looking up my details on the system in July, as no date was confirmed for collection, he informed me that the store will be in touch once the item arrives!
No phone calls and no emails, I called up the store last night and the guy told me the store contacted all customers to come in and collect, if any customer fails to turn up, after two days the store can sell your pre ordered Console.
I told him that I did not receive any phone calls or emails and his response was that my number was not on the system!
It was your job to make sure all details are correct so that it would not lead me to leave a negative review online, and I can continue shopping within your store in future.
All you could offer me was the £50 deposit on a game store card.
That's not good enough, you made the mistake you need to refund the deposit back in cash for this inconvenience you've caused me.
Never again.
If you want good products, overall great customer service experience, stay away from Game.
This store is a mess!

i tend to buy Nintendo products such as ds/switch games and amiibos. I collect amiibos in the box and i find that not only does GAME overcharge their amiibos, accessories and games for the switch but the packaging is damaged 90% of the time. If you want to save money on Nintendo products (I.e. Buying the mini SNES for £10 less or amiibos/switch accessories/switch games for £5 less) id suggest shopping on the official Nintendo uk website first. Not only are the quality of their goods close to perfection but you will also save a lot more than shopping for Nintendo products at GAME, not to mention you will receive your purchases on release date and their customer service is great (they have a live chat on their website where you'll be connected to customer service within seconds). Don't be a sucker, learn from my mistakes and shop from Nintendo uk for all your Nintendo needs

I pre ordered nba 2k18 never got the basketball with it, the cost is quite high based on cost in store compared to other companies. I would not recommend coming here unless you have not checked online and in other stores. The silly idea of putting £5 despot on pre order game. Made me annoyed I spent £84.99 on an deluxe editon on call of duty WW2

this is the game i bought last month and i opened yesterday the game i put in was not recognize or you can say unsupported disc . i called for the technical department and no one answered despite i've been waiting for a long time. came to the physical store and they refused to change it for me. DUDE WITH GLASSES IN THAT STORE IS A TURD! NEVER BUY GAMES FROM THIS FRANCHISE EVER AGAIN!

Ordered pokemon sun and moon in store to be delivered on release in september paid in full and today is release day and no games at all ring up and they say it is being delivered by royal mail it will take 3-5 working days i say no i paid in full with the understanding it woukd be delivered on release day and they say to me it has been delivered to royal mail today and will take 3-5 working days i ask if i can go into store and pick up my games today since thats what i paid for my games for today and they tell me no. Complete bull i always do this with my games from game and never had this problem ever so someone explian why now this has changed and why this problem has happened it hasnt happened befire so why now?!?

Really poor customer service. one of the staff was so irresponsible and made us loose £96 for being lazy and not filling our tax refund form and told us a lie that we could have done it at the airport which we couldn't.
he made us go to the store twice and at the end nothing just wasting the time and money!

I have had multiple bad experiences now at this game store. The first was when i bought a copy of Rocksmith, only to find the game and wire was not in the box when i got home. I tried phoning the shop for an hour, and they did not pick up. I then went in the next morning and explained the problem, only to find they had sold the game to someone else. I had to order a new copy which they charged me full price for.
The next bad experience i had with them was being told i would get a free pre-order when i pre-ordered monster hunter, and that i could use this deposit against monster hunter when it came out. It turns out that not only had they actually lied about the free pre-order (taking the cost out of the games i had just traded in) but that i also cannot use my pokemon deposit against monster hunter. They are also charging 39.99 for a new 3DS game (which are usually priced at around £30 or less). I now have a pre-order for pokemon that i cannot use, and quite possibly a pre-order for gears of war i cannot use either.
