This is a great little store in the middle of the Bullring Shopping Center. They have a great selection of games for all the current generation of gaming console and PC, as well as a selection of other gaming items and accessories for all gaming needs. Customer Service here is always on point aswell.

Absolutely fantastic store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you - I travel a lot with work and they'll always hold items an extra day for me if I'm away when a preorder comes in. They're always happy to have a chat and are the best people to go to for recommendations - just a superb group of people. Can't recommend highly enough.

Best Game store I walked in to in years. Superbly helpful staff but not rushing you and trying to sell you the most expensive stuff etc. Stock they have is just amazing, range of Switch games was just great, every game you could think off was there, and more. I'm based in London and I wish any of London's Game shops was that good. One can dream...

AVOID SHOPPING HERE. AMAZON OR ARGOS ARE HEAPS BETTER. Absolutely disgusting service. The returns policy is very spotty. I attempted to return a Nintendo switch with a overheating problem instore, online policy stated that I am able to return items purchased online instore according to the 30 day right to return policy. Regardless a employee (east asian/ Chinese) who greeted customers towards the entrance very rudely accused me of attempting to scam the shop saying that I’d opened the package so I did not have the right to return it and that he “doesn’t know if your trying to steal parts and claim a return”. After I insisted on speaking to someone higher up he asked me to leave to store. I felt powerless and intimidated especially after trying to show him the online policy on my phone -he pushed away my phone and told me it was differnt because of COVID19 and instore returns were impossible. After contacting GAME customer services online, I learnt that his statement was a lie. Nevertheless, I returned my Nintendo switch via Royal Mail, writing a cover letter as instructed. The overall process was tedious and cost me £11 to ship, this was not refunded. They took 17 days to acknowledge they received the return, and I currently await my refund.

Ok since lockdown individual shops are trying but customer flow needs looking at on the concourses and exit only to grand central which is also exit only seems no comunication between businesses

My favourite game shop for role games and console games. You can find anything there, from PS4 games to XBOX games and sometimes they have good offers so you can find games even half the price. I like to visit it as prices are better than online.

Very helpful and friendly service. Had an issue with my controller and they sorted it all out. Mind you I did have the cover that I was paying for per month. In addition, there was another issue with the new controller but we found out that it was the wire thay was causing the issue. Got anew wire and have not had an issue since.

Very robotic staff approach, rather then having a decent conversation and talk about interests in regards to gaming you're overwhelmed with staff forcing sales, with manipulative tactics that are taught through the job I assume. I understand that it's a business but we are human, there need's to be compassion and a practice that actually encourages staff to be themselves and instead of being made to forcefully approach customers just so they can hit targets... the target system itself is disgusting as it degrades staff based on their target sales and and disciplined if them targets are not met. I'd much prefer to shop at CEX.

Looks to be very well stocked with regards to current generation (and some last gen items). Managed to finally find some obscure secondhand items I was on the lookout for (in my case, a lone right JoyCon for the switch). Staff were also very friendly.

I went with my son who loved it wanting me to buy most of the stuff for xbox, ps4, and switch he loved it so it must have appeal to those whom need it. I just supplied the money, lol. Staff friendly, helpful and informative.

A good variety of ps4 games to choose from. The only downside is that you have to look a lot to find a game as they are arranged sideways, title only ( like books )

Little game, little found. I went there and don't usually plan to pick up anything my hope was to find Monster Hunter Stories but to no avail.
I went in with little expectations and wasn't disappointed because of that. The staff were helpful and polite but unless you plan on picking up anything AAA but not for the lesser known titles or RPGs.

Asking for forza horizon 4 ultimate edition and they give me the DISC VERSION instead of the digital one and separate VIP and car pass cards. The ultimate edition not only gives you those but also gives you the expansion packs and the workers there told me that you didnt and even though i told them ill take the ultimate edition, they gave me the disc and separate cards
