GAME is nothing what it used to be, it's all target driven these days and sell, sell, sell. However the store in the Bullring is ok. It could do with being bigger and I find there que system a bit mad at times. Staff are friendly in this store and helpful.

A lesson to deal with Poor-trained staff and useless store manger Dean, having a brown and rug hair, gave me wrong information and I bought the wrong keyboard. I didn’t realize that until I use it. The store and the customer didn’t want to gave me the refund as it used. Also, the store manager Raj Sharma admitted it is the idiot Dean’s error but he couldn’t make the refund as I opened it. Also, he mentioned, Dean is the one who knows most about keyboard in that store. Later, I called the customer service and it has been proved they are useless as well. After realising they all useless I made the decision to solve it myself. I bought a brand new EMPTY keyboard box from AliExpress and put my old keyboard in it. Then, I asked my friend to return and refund in that annoying GAME store. Thanks to their poor-trained behaviour, they gave me the refund. Finally, I sold the wrong keyboard online and buy the one i wanted on Amazon. As my friend says "If they are useful, they should be in a uni instead of working as useless selling" Just in case, この番组(ばんぐみ)はフィクションです

It is a terrible place to buy iPhone 5se. With in 6 months of buying the phone the device malfunctioned. On taking it back and requesting a repair. It was sent back to repairs. The story gets all muddled now. The email send to me was hard was issue. Then another email with battery replacement. Phone call from game saying the phone suffered water damage. While none of us exposed it to any water. Finally on discussing with the game store manager they show me an email with a picture of the indicator showing it had water damage. Why would the repair company not send me the email when they sent me details of battery change etc. We feel we were hard done by some clever game store who to prevent any liability have voided the warenty by saying the phone suffered water damage. Hats off game. Well trained your staff at poor costumer service/experience.

Never been approached by staff which is no complaint. They don't seem to carry very new stuff except for obviously the newly released games. Not very impressive but not terrible so no real complaints but no props to really give.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Game. The variety displayed captivated me and kept me gazing for a long period of time. I was mezmerised by the superior quality of the CD cases; there were no scratches. Overall, I would rate this four out of five stars, because I wasn't given a free lollipop.

Need new management and staff. Rude patronising and unable to communicate company offers. Was going to purchase but was put off entirely by the attitudes of everyone I spoke to. Leaning on the counter when supposedly providing customer service(and that was one of the management). While the floor staff huddled together talking amongst themselves. content in the knowledge I'm not helping to pay there wages.

Took my iPhone 6 in for trade in. It has no scratches or marks what's so ever except for a tiny pin size spot on one of the corners and the manager told me he would only take it in as a grade c even though there own guidelines state it would be a grade b. Just try to rip you off.

Very rude staff rude manager both implied that I was lying about a faulty product there attitude and had always been the same at that game for years they need new staff members and also should rethink there policy’s as it seems like once you buy there products and want to return them due to a fault on there behalf they turn a blind eye and blame the problem on you do not recommend this game very disappointing

Ps4 controller Online price £49 Click and COLLECT price £49 Instore price £59 Does say on the site prices instore may vary but wont tell you what the price will be so assume each store is free to rob you however they like ;) Correct at time of posting Currys £45 online + instore Argos £49.99 online and instore I know i didnt have to buy but once i did and realised i wanted to return it was a long process to return it as i paid on phone but didnt have the card on me so would have to go back and forth miles to return.
