Great shop. Couldn't find what I was looking for but they helped me and ordered it in for me
Great customer service. Welcoming store. The queuing system is a bit weird but I got the hang of it pretty quick. Great selection of games and other devices such as phones console's. They also have all the Accessories that you would need for most devices such as controllers headphones and cameras. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone who needs some tech second hand or first hand.

Bring my boy in a lot and they are so good with him, we went in Sunday just gone - 28/6/2020 and the guy there (not seen him before) was really friendly, he had long hair and facial hair? But anyway he was so good with my son and when we left he was like "let's go there again Mummy cuz the man calls me buddy!".. safe to say we had a great shopping experience!

Overcharged me by £10 from the advertised price, went back in to be told they couldn't do anything about it. Customer services also would not help. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Don’t join the elite membership!! It’s a waste of time. They take your money the card will not link to the account and they won’t refund. Plus CEX is much cheaper and offer more money on trade and cash. I got more cash at cex than I was offered for trade in Game.

It's a GAME, not too much to say beyond the usual "it's cheaper on Amazon". They occasionally put the odd good sale on but by and large most people i know use it for window shopping before online purchases.
The fact they don't price match their website is a bit rubbish, too.
Staff are decent enough, although I've had a few wrong purchases given to me because they sell opened product as new and manually have to put the disc/papers back into the cases upon purchase.

We had the very best customer service today from Ben. What an absolute star! If only more staff were like him. He went above and beyond. When we arrived the store was closed (google says 10am sunday its 10.30am) he was sat in a cafe opposite and although he wasn't working as he didnt start till 10.30am he sst in the cafe and started to help us. When the store opened he was helpful, knowledgeable and again above and beyond. Someone give this man a pay rise!!

Always loved this place, even more so since it moved from the high st to the old Gamestation. It's smaller, but, weirdly more comfortable with its décor. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and great to banter with and I always feel welcome, which is a hard to come by thing in this town. Thanks for keeping my game addictions flourishing you guys!

The store itself has no ventilation. They need an aircon. In the summer it's terrible. For what they sell it's just OK. It's only really worth buying the pre owned titles if you want to try random games out. They do have good bundle offers sometimes. It's just new games are always +£10 the price of everywhere else.

What an absolute shame. The games are pretty up to date and reasonably priced if still boxed. But are their trades for used games god awful? Yes. Yes they are. If you're looking to sell or buy used games just go to cex. It's far better than here.

Not a great shop. Staff can be rude and uninterested in helping you. Overpriced second hand games and embarrassingly bad trade in prices. Difficult to exchange faulty goods.

The staff are friendly enough but the prices are horrendous. £14 for an unboxed PS4 launch title is a joke. Avoid and use CEX which has a better selection and lower prices. Game is only good in a pinch

If you are visiting this store to sell a phone take photos beforehand ss on taking one in today in near enough perfecr condition, they said it would be 45 mins so they can check data . On collection there were two deep marks that were definitely not there when taken in and said they couldnt buy as damaged The guy had even checked for exterior marks before doing this. They also didnt give me back power lead for charger. Now I am left with a damaged phone and unable to charged due to their sneaky attitude.
