USELESS. Went with these as recommended by Tesco. I had to fill out all forms answer numerous emails for them to come up with an Annuity that was only a few pounds more than my Tesco pension and wouldn't give me any other choice so refused their offer and now been sent a bill for £830. They want money for doing nothing

Totally inadequate pension advice No help whatsoever, wasted about 5 hours of my time filling in online forms and talking to an adviser who filled in online forms to my mind just so they could bill the corporate client who was paying them to advise previous employees on their company pension plan. Ended up fobbing me off and stating that they could not advise as I was moving my pension abroad. I never stated that was the case and only intimated that it was my long term plan to potentially live abroad after I had retired. I am now looking to move my pension plan into another scheme that I already have. I am of the opinion Origen are just looking for their fees to be paid and do not give good independent advice, so steer clear. The leisure group only gave til 31st December 2018 to use them so bit late to post this but might help others to not bother and use another company.

I had a poor experience discussing pension ideas. When I mentioned I was taking work abroad and wanted to resolve my pension investments before I left, the advisor basically cut me off without any empathy and care to help me with any more advice, like it was just too much trouble.
