If you are a sporty person then this shop is for you. It has different team of merchandise like a T-shirts, pencil case and lunch box. It has a sport you can play at home like playing darts and golf sticks with golf balls etc. You need to wear a face mask.

Normally there is an issue of poor customer service with these types of shops but this time I was very surprised the staff here helped and offered support without having to hunt them down. The store is a great place to get holiday clothing at a good price.

Store staff are miserable and rude! On top of that Sports Direct as a business are crooks - they don't give refunds only issues credit note but this is not notified anywhere in the store. I will never visit again any of there stores.
Its a real shame I have to give one star as a minimum even that's not deserved in this case.
A wise person once said it "who ate all the pies, fat Mike did" he was spot on with that one.

Honestly most of these reviews are just dumb. Of course they don't have many employees and service and all cause they sell many things at like 50to70% discount. I love this store when I try out new sport activities. Don't need to commit myself too much financially and still get great brands

Usual sports direct store. Chaos with boxes stacked everywhere. All the aisles are crammed with clothing so you can't make any sense to the layout. When will sports direct realise that a jamboree of clothing placed randomly throughout the store is a nightmare to get round. I usually give up.

Lost my wallet which had £100 and my credit card in it and when I told the staff they said they couldn't help me as they were really busy but all they were doing were folding clothes. Really rubbish service, they didn't even bother helping me look or check the CCTV footage.

One changing room and a 3 item minimum policy is ridiculous for such a large store. Makes it difficult to choose when faced with excessive choice which the shop presents. Some of the staff are lovely and helpful, but the knowledge of sportswear is varied and can be unreliable.
However, if you know what you want and don't want to pay through the nose then I'd recommend this place. The deals can be very good and they cater to a wide range of sports and outdoor activities.

The Indian woman at the cashier so lazy. no customer services skills. She is sleeping on the tillshe keep asking do you want the back I was keep saying yes please 5 each time she asked. times12.15 pm 09/05/2019. And she will give you so much copper change if she think she don't like you even for no reason even you don't talk to her. Even if she have enough good change on the till. I have experience this few times in the same store the same woman.Good luck to sports direct Loughborough.

I came in with a what i thought was a credit note from another store but unfortunately it wasn't and i couldn't use it.
However, Maria saw how upset I was about this and called her manager Dorotia who rang IT immediately who tracked the credit note i should have received. IT were great and they helped Dorotia track it.
Maria and Doroita were so helpful at Loughborough.
You hear a lot of negative comments about this company but honestly they were so kind, patient and helpful.
Thank you for helping me and sorting a genuine issue/mistake.

Appalling customer service, if you don't want to serve 10 minutes before closing shut the doors was told twice that they were closing in 10 minutes serious attitude problem here. Dingy store that resembles a jumble sale plus prices on their own website are cheaper than in store. Avoid at all costs!

Unmotivated, unless staff, who keep you waiting for ages. Every time I go in I have the same pathetic experience, expecting it to have been a one off issue the last time, but it's the same every time. How hard is it to check a shoe size and get a box? Minimum wage is too good for some people.

Massive Shop with lots to buy, But it's hard to find staff if you need help for anything, Staff seem ok, They're all in their own World chatting away. overall a Great Shop but the atmosphere and staff could be much better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling customer service. Not one person in the place had a smile on their face and no one wanted to help at all - then when I finally did get the size trainers I wanted I was stood in a queue and the person serving was going at the pace of a sloth. Ridiculous service.

Where do I start this is the first time and very last time I have purchased anything in this store. I ordered a size 13 trainer was never asked to confirm the size when I purchased them at the checkout I got them home took them out the box and found out a couple of days later that the size was wrong they’ve given me a size 13us not to 13uk The store manager who I spoke to informed me that as I had no box and no receipt but paid by card and that they had found the receipt that because they looked like they were in a used condition they were not prepared to refund them as they were not in a re-sellable condition and to contact customer services however customer services informed me they had nothing to do with this and that it was the store alone that would provide the refund or simply as I am requesting for these to be changed to the correct size. This is not my fault that nobody checked the size to me this is a fault Of sports direct and I can assure you now although I have been called a liar in your branch today by the young girl who was serving me these trainers have categorically not been worn out side and I can tell you this for now if this issue is not resolved within the next couple of days then I will be taking this issue further as I can say this is the first time a member of staff has ever called me a liar. and then on exiting the store I asked another colleague for his opinion that colleague turned round and said to me “I don’t know why they won’t refund them I’ve seen much worse coming back than this” can I ask why this is? why i am being treated difrently? I would not recommend you to my worst enemy let alone a friend!

I had a home delivery, you have to pay fro delivery and returns. I was under refunded on returns. I tried to contact many times, they take calls and then drop them. Rubbish service I have ever experienced.

Appaling customer service, I could not get through on the phone with a simple query. So I visited the store in person. Was told by a staff member that they have been instructed by their manager to ignore incoming phone calls.
Demotivated staff, and low stock levels added further frustration to my visit.
Not impressed at all.

It's a huge store that's just a jumbled mess. You wander round looking for say jogging bottoms which are in about 4 different places around the store.
A store this size selling primarily clothes really should have more than one changing room, it's ridiculous.

The store is great for its vast amounts of stock and the range of equipment and sports gear, but there are never enough staff working here and you can never get help which is really annoying if you are in a rush

Just been refused entry by a member of staff 10 mins before closing. I came to collect a parcel which has been delivered to the store. Rushed from finishing work at 5:30 to reach the store for 5:50. Shocking. Wasted journey

Terrible service, items are mostly dodgy seconds, been to numerous stores up and down the country. Staff seem demotivated, probably because 80% are on zero hours contracts and don't have a sense of belonging or team.
