Howard the owner of whitton car audio is a good man.. and really helped me out by installing a rear veiw mirror camera on my new car.. he is very humble and he will do a good clean and tidy job on what it is you require.. he completed the job he had to do on my car within the time frame that he said he would and I enjoyed his company whilst I over looked his workmanship.. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit Howard at his store if you should need a man of his profession to carry out any work that you may need to be done on your vehicle as he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I came with my BMW series 1 to get an antrna replacement and a dash canera installed. The service was quick and professional and also fhe price was very competitive. I am a happy customer and I would highly recommend this place, they are friendly professionals with great customer swevice skills. I needed a small electronic part for my car. The guy said he will order a brand new part but first I need £10 deposit. I was called to come back in twice saying "your part has arrived" only to be shown an old rusty circuit board obviously from a scrap car. He never got back to me after the second time. His response was " I have to send this back now" as if it was my fault that he choose rusty old parts to maximise his profit. I never got a call back or my £10 deposit. Instead I ordered the genuine part from the dealer for only £10 more than whitton car audio were charging me for rusty scrap parts.
Seemed friendly at first but they became rude and dismissive once they had decided I was a nuisance to them rather than a quick easy profit customer.

Phenomenal service from Howard.
Diagnosed my faulty BMW F20 (2015) car radio amplifier (was previously self rebooting every ~20 seconds).
Howard quoted me for a new & used/refurbished replacement. Offered warranties with both options - clear labour costs - transparent on the supply chain (I opted for an eBay replacement).
There was a hiccup with the car accepting the new amp, but he made me aware of this, and he recommended a separate company to re-code the car.
New Amp now working perfectly (with 6 month guarantee) & Howard compensated me for the additional coding cost.
I would highly recommend him.

I got my mercedes wrapped the prices he charges are soo much more reasonable when compared to others. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the wrap and only uses the best film which is from a company called Avery Dennison couldnt be more happy

Fantastic experience. They fitted 2 Rosen dvd headrests into my Q5 and there’s not a wire to be seen. Nothing was too much and always done with a smile on their face... I have no doubt I will go back if I need anything else.
