This compay repeatedly uses my photographs without my permission to promote their client's business on their social media accounts, despte the fact thay I had complained to them about their previous unauthorised use of my photographs, and despite the fact I had told them my work is not free of charge. This company cannot claim to be an expert in social media when using such unethical practices.
They charge their clients for managing their social media, yet they take original IP from a creator like me without paying for it. Surely not fair, nor reasonable?
