Best place to pick up from station. Can get hectic when there are engineering works on at the weekend though because they use the pickup up point for passenger bus services.

Handy they have a pick up place, but it's a bit hidden being tucked down the side of the station.

To gain access to this you have to go behind the railway station it's not on the main road by the station. But when you are there plenty of room to pick up and drop off people.

As other people are saying it is now a terrible place to pick someone up from a train, especially at busy times. There used to be plenty of stopping spaces, but now 29 are allocated to taxis, and only 5 to members of the public. Disgraceful.

Awful. They have redesigned it so there's only about 5 spots for 20min parking???? How are we supposed to pick people up if there's no space. The rest of it is for taxi only.

Well considered arrangement for either dropping on the fly, or, if you’re helping someone with masses of luggage, a disabled friend, or an older person, as you have a free 20minute parking option which gives you time to help with tickets and boarding if necessary... as long as its not a really busy time of day
