Phone lines and offices shut down so only contact is e-mail which they respond to after several weeks however the temporary permit issued to me expired in 3 days but they've managed to keep their staff on the street to fine me again in this period. Also I own the parking spot as part of my apartment purchase but they bought the land from the developer so now I have to show a permit for my own space. Bad business model with their revenue coming from fines.

Went to visit my sister and she went to get my visitor permit it was around 7:50pm. Came back out to find a ticket ????, its totally preposterous how companies like these operate in a society that holler transparency. Robbing poor people to recoup monies from the lockdown. Its almost as if they lay wait in the vicinity and as you move then they do their deeds.

I desperately need visitor's parking permit for my nurse. Have written 8 emails over 2 weeks still not one response. What absolutely disgraceful company. The parking wardens are out on full force though.

This is a discusting company that is taking people's money and threatening them for paying £100 if they dear to appeal at an independent office against Their decision. I have applied for parking permit over a month ago with CPM to be able to park at my own allocated bay. It's been over a month now and I still don't have a permit, but I've received a 'welcome' parking ticket for not displaying the permit, which they have failed given to me yet. You can't reach them on the phone and if you email them it takes 7 days for someone incompetent at his/her job to deal with anything to come back to you. This company is a joke.

Paid my £60 and having sent evidence that I was only making a approximately 5min to 8min delivery. Massive apartment like 5th floor and person was not in. I think people should invest on drones to make delivery as the item was £35 and I lost out. Any loading bays??? Just one sign and double red lines!!! Why is there double red lines because there is no junction or any entrance ways which i was not blocking. Giving a ticket for the sake of it. After even i had my hazards on and making delivery with company name on the window.i can't wait to leave London after making my money moving back home where people are treated with respect.

Only one star because I can't give zero !! Absolute rip off company with no compassion. Front line health care worker with valid parking permit in windscreen with all relevant parts clearly visible including location, permit number and validity date, I was given a ticket because the permit had slipped down and apparently the operative couldn't tell whether it was valid as not all of it was visible. Absolute bloody joke they would not budge so I have to pay £60 now. If I take it higher and lose the appeal I will have to pay £100. My bloody 1% NHS pay rise won't quite cover that !!!

I am a disabled driver with a disability badge, I parked in a disabled bay with badge on show, and timer set at my local shops at Aldi. I have just received a £100 fine for parking in a restricted area. They have taken a photo of my car, but not from the front where they would have seen my badge. Tried calling the lines but office is closed due to COVID!! So if your office is closed, why are you still operating the fines? I WILL NOT be paying this fine, they can take me to court. I WASN’T PARKED ILLEGALLY!!!!!

Got a ticket as my permit had fallen to the side of windscreen but was STILL visible if the parking attendant had come round to drivers side...anyway appealed with no luck .... I don't understand if they know a certain car has a valid permit in their records why does it have to be clearly displayed ?? Why don't these parking attendants have a record of all the valid permits ... it would make their jobs easier and this would be fairer for the residents. Furthermore when ordering a permit you can't pay online but have to have your application 'approved' first which means u get a person calling you (after reminding them cos no-one calls you until u chase them up) and asking u for your card details on the phone!! UNPROFESSIONAL minud 5 *'s if there was an option. Money making scandal

We have an allocated parking bay and are still waiting to receive a permit. We have received four fines for "not displaying a permit" while waiting for them to send a permit and had our appeal turned down because we "weren't displaying a permit". So the longer they don't send it to us, the more money they make from us? Good business this...

If I could've them 0 stars I would! Completely unable to contact them, offices are closed so you can't speak to anyone and when you try to email them through the links on their website it bounces back as unrecognised! Awful!

This company is actually quite underhanded and unscrupulous in its dealings. I received a few parking charges from this company for parking on a road that did not have restrictions on it. They don't leave a physical parking charge, so you only realise once the first one arrives in the post! To try to make the charge I received valid, they wrote the name of main road on the fine, took pictures of the vehicles close up and took a close up photo of a parking restriction notice that was on the main road. I was actually parked on the side road with no signage. Nice try, I nearly fell for it, but I won't be swindled and will fight this company all the way to court if need be, because I refuse to be a victim of fraud.

This is absolutely madness. Their hotline is down “due to COVID” when I apply for the permit, it takes them 3 weeks to response, in that period of time I got 2 parking charge notice. How fantastic their manpower are all into sending parking charges and absolutely no one handling the parking permit application. Can’t you see their Ultimate intention here? Appealed and failed, this is the way they make money. Totally disgrace.

It's a shame that UKCPM have no consideration for key, essential workers. Having given time and effort working several hours on long shifts as a student worker, need I say as a volunteer, who was simply so exhausted after a night shift, a parking charge where the parking posed no danger to any persons or users could not be overlooked. Appalling response time to my appeal with a lack of justification and a computer automated explanation.

Simply despicable company, I recently received a parking fine from them which arrived late because of the sluggish mail due to the pandemic. I challenged the parking fine only to have it rejected by these money hungry barracudas. Obscure and poor signage plus a stealth ANPR knock you for six. If these guys where to go belly up they would be doing everyone a massive favour for sure. Complete lack of business ethic or moral fibre!!

I let them take me to court for apparently not parking in a marked bay in a residents car park. They argued I was in breach of contract and by not parking in a marked bay I was agreeing to pay £100 for the privilege. I argued that there was no signage on the entrance and the only signage in the car park was small and hard to notice. They didn't even turn up. The judge very quickly agreed with my photos saying that there was no way of me knowing I was entering a contract by parking there. Took 20 minutes and I was awarded a days pay and fuel etc as expenses payable by UK car park management ltd! Google it folks, you can win easily.

Live in a block of flats and they have put yellow lines in our car park so no cars can park there at all. Parked where there weren't yellow lines and still got a ticket. Haven't issued us permits so we have no where to park now. Awful company. 24 hour surveillance. So sad.

Shame can't give minus stars. Issued multiple fines for parking in my own bay. Unhelpful customer service. Any management companies looking to appoint a company for parking control should avoid UK CPM if they have any hope of keeping residents happy.

Made to pay fine as was given permits invalidated in April the year before I moved in by letting agent unbeknownst to me. That is on them I'll admit but no warning mentioning needed a different permit, just £100 fine that I had to pay even though at first I appealed and then paid a day after the deadline when heard nothing so should have been reduced still I would have thought. Now paying public car park rates everyday, have contacted multiple times and only got a response 2 weeks later to say I have to wait for a call that is yet to come to "pay" for permits to be sent even though my lease states I have private parking available. After handing over my phone number I received yet another automated email saying 5-7 days and there is no method to buy these permits online for my scenario. In conclusion I'm out of pocket almost £350 have to pay more for permits that I have no idea when will arrive at which point I will be over £500 out of pocket I imagine. I hope whatever equivalent of trading standards exist for this company investigate and shut them down for good. I highly advise anyone who has an issue to look at the International Parking Community's Accredited Operators Code of Practice to see whether this has been broken.

Did anyone else park in the car park at King George Hospital, Goodmayes on the 3rd Nov 2020? I have been given a fine for not having a ticket when all car park barriers were up. Parking has been free for about 6 months due to covid. I have been given a £100 fine for not having a ticket when no tickets were being issued. I have no way of speaking to anyone to dispute the charge. I appealed on their website but they have rejected the appeal. Leave a message on here if you have had the same fine. Thanks

Appeal process is not carried out as they state on website.."If an appeal is received within 14 days, the parking charge will remain at the lower charge rate until such time that the appeal has been heard and a decision has been made." Once you make an appeal within the 14 days you no longer qualify for the discount and are billed for the full amount!!!!! Unable to contact the Company by any means available on the website. In my opinion not a reputable company

Very unfortunate experience with this company. Have been caring for someone during the latest lockdown due to health reasons. Have been caring for this person for a number of months now and was given a visitor permit to display on the car. Through the late months of 2020 and most of January 2021, there have been no issues with this approach, until CPM UK decided to fine my vehicle twice in the span of 5 days for not displaying a valid permit. Whilst I am still waiting to hear back from appeal as well as fight this through the company that own the apartments said caree lives, this has left me shaken. The caree is worried I will be driven away from caring for them by this. However, after seeing how many people they have upset via these reviews and just how unprofessional they appear to be, this has given new information on just the sort of company we are all having to deal with.

Zero stars as this is another staggering inept parking management company that obviously have access to their own rainforest judging by the paper they waste. Constant parking fine letters forr my son for parking for over two hours in a McDonald's carpark - he worked for them!!!! Their IT department or IT system must be so backward that it can't cope with the idea that employees have cars. Still getting solicitors letters even though he left a year ago.

I got parking charge notice from them. I went there to drop of some food for my friend who were in effected on coronavirus. I was there for few minutes. Anyway I got two tickets within 7 minutes. One tick reference is 2586035 which was at 17:22 and another one was 17:29 references number is 2586867. Is it right to do put 2 tickets within 7 minutes where everyone straggling for money on this pandemic?? Even I went to help someone who are in quarantine for 14 days.

They never respond to your concerns, they ask you to do the work like taking pictures and sending it to them instead of them sending a traffic Warden, we been complaining over 2 years in Bellamy close E14 but they allow all the construction companies that are building in the area park in our pays, I never seen them giving them a ticket to anyone of them, I went to the level of applying a job to improve our close are parking even though I told them where I live and I traveled all the way to croydon for a job interview but they don't even imploy the residents car park where they live. I would not recommend them..

Absolute disgusting unprofessional thieves. Have reported to trading standards. How on earth they are still allowed to trade is beyond me. Parking offence on 22nd December apparently letter sent 23rd December. Letter miraculously arrives on day 15 so ni chance to pay reduced rate. Offices are closed indefinitely so you can't call yet funny how they hace got people out taking pictures and issuing fines yet you cannot actually speak to anyone. The letter even says dont bother calling us as we won't reply until the court stage. If it was my car I would have waited to go to court as looks like they don't turn up. Im not surprised as they are a disgraceful company. Absolutely shambolic and practically thieves

After so much fristration, i'm deciding to take legal action against this company. But i need the support of the public that has had to deal with the same level of privacy invassion, false claim and fraudulent CCJ entry on credit. Never seen a company thats has managed to get away with so much using the law and the court been supportive of their actions. Anyway, if you are reading this, kindly get in touch with me and lets take actions together at bgadvert@gmail.com Respectively Adrian

Bunch of cowboys. Issue tickets that are made to look like council parking warden tickets. They also issue tickets on legally parked cars that they then claim is on land they monitor and look after. They issue tickets on cars that are legally parked on public roads. Be careful of this bunch theives.

I have found this company to be unprofessional, unempathetic and confused. Appealed an unreasonable ticket within the deadline given but the ticket was upheld. Instead of allowing me to pay the reduced rate as normal, said I have to pay the full £100 even though I appealed, because it was received two days after the reduced rate deadline, even though the appeal procedure does not state this.. I don't understand this, I've alway known it to be the case that if you appeal and it's not upheld you can still pay the reduced amount after. Wrong phone number on the letter.

Not too happy with this car park management service my permit was actually in my car they took photos from a far distance. If they would have looked close-up what I didn't realise that the exiting the car I think the wind had blown the permit onto the floor. Cut a long story short provided them with my licence agreement and a valid parking permit to prove that had the right to park on the private land. Yet still they would not accept my appeal and told me that I had to pay the parking charge which obviously says to me that their out to make money and not justly give out tickets. Because if I can prove that I live and have the right to park on the land and provide them with permit if they were a kosher company they would accept at discretion due to the fact that on the actual and where my car was parked.

Utterly disgraceful business. A tyre on a white line justifies a £100 fine. Love the sly way you operate your business as witnessed by myself. Unmarked van rolls into the car park (UK Car Park Management Ltd) Its raining so your "cant be arsed" attendant photographs the cars in question then speeds away then someone approaches. Cowardly approach. Appeals process if laughable - You appeal, they say tough. Im not sure who posts the positive related Google reviews about this questionable business. I guess the owners might be keen to

Useless for the occupier of the land as well. It seems their quality of service below applies not only to the people getting parking charges, but also the person operating the land. They make up the rules as they go along and are not consistent with thier terms either. There are a lot of other companies offering similar services so I woudl suggest any other land owners look elsewhere too.

Give tickets to tenants who can provide proof that they live and the car is registered to the address. The carpark should be managed by to reduce public use of a private carpark not punish residents. Once proof is provided the fine should be removed. Sham company

Truly heartless company. They would go to great lengths to fine anyone even during life or death emergencies. I am in disbelief that I had to tend to an emergency during the COVID-19 lockdown, and I got a £100 fine. The council is a lot more understanding compared to these absolute vultures. I am not at all surprised that every single review is 1 star. Pandemics are their #1 source of income it seems. Imagine profiting off a worldwide disease.

Absolutely shocking company. They issued me a ticket on my own property. My valid permit was ruined so I was in the middle of getting a new one from my housing association. When I appealed explaining this, telling them I was awaiting a new permit, they responded by rejecting the appeal, giving no reason other than “I didn’t have a valid permit”, completely disregarding my explanation. Absolutely pathetic that I have to pay a ticket in my own car park! There is no where else to park! They don’t even deserve one star.
