I wouldn't say love it but the prices are reasonable compared to other car parks in Brighton.
Plus a 20 min free waiting place for picking up from the train station. Its been helpful!

A rubbish payment system. An all day ticket doesn't give you 24hr parking cos it expires at 4am even though you didn't enter until late afternoon. So, you pay for another 6hrs to take you up to 10am - £22 and you haven't even been there for a whole day!! You get 30mins to check into the hotel, go online, register with the company and enter all your details. Then you get to pay. It made our stay at the Jurys Inn too stressful to return. Why can't you pay on exit like every other car park I've ever been in? How do you know in advance when you will be leaving? Total rubbish.

With regrets I have to say, I had a very bad experience about the pick up and drop off point behind the station. There, the employees who work for your company and have very cordial relationship with the hackney Brighton taxi drivers, behave in discriminatory way with the other taxi drivers.
The pick up point and the drop off point should be for everyone, not for a particular kind of taxi drivers.
I’m sorry to say that but this is discrimination.
I don’t know if someone from the administration read this review , but if it does, I want to ask them to make the things right.

I got fine £60 after entering car park , I entered car park at 16.37 , I managed to pay online but system was rubbish , till I can pay it online it almost 17.30 , Done writing appeal but they won’t accept it, This car park over charge ++ steal my Money.
Most car park , you pay when you return, but not for this car park , you have 20 minutes to pay and plus find space.
Please be careful, and awful customer service They don’t care about how much money you have paid for PCN , they just making money.
Do not enter till you find space to park your car..
