Generally a positive experience. A large team who appeared hard working and were pleasant throughout.
Opted for a Mini Valet (£24) rather than Inside and Out (£16) - in future I'd go Inside and Out as I don't feel the additional £8 can be justified to wipe down the door panels.
Per photos, the attention to detail wasn't perfect but can't complain given price and speed. We left a purse in the car while it was cleaned and everything was there when we drove off - an encouraging sign of trust! ????????

Great car wash for a quick shampoo on the outside and clean on the inside. I'm content with the level of service at FM Car Wash. Usually you don't get the opportunity to ask about each package. This car wash took me through the options in a friendly manner.

Please read before going here.
I took my car for a wash and once they had finished one of the guys asked me to step out and showed me a scratch on my car and said "pay me £5 and I'll remove it", I am 100% sure that the scratch was not there before, it was on the driver side and it was almost 90cm long, he then got a spray bottle of what seem like paint thinner and started to scrub the scratch and it started to disappear however there is permanent scratches because of this too. They have damaged my car and on top charged me £5 more to use paint thinner..
To put simply they washed my car then scratched it and then asked for more money to remove the scratch!

Good car wash. I paid £7 for an outside only wash. Car was nice and clean. Entry and exit use the same pathway, so it can be a bit tight and a bit of a wait, if it's busy.

So far so good...
First time, the everything was great, less my coints for parking which were missing.
Second time, today, the car was a bit messy inside and my parfum was missing.

The old caring and professional staff are gone. The quality has dropped significantly and watch out for your car paint. They badly scratched my car roof. After a wash, you might see it shiny but watch closely.

Worst place ever. Charged me for medium sized car even tho I had a smaller car. They don't speak a word of English or pretending not to and ignore all your requests. The car washing was not so impressive either. Did not dry properly. Did not apply back to black tyres substance. Car was left with minor scratches. I do not recommend this place. Avoid at all costs.

The current rating of 4.4 doesn't reflect their current service. This used to be a very good car wash and I've been using it for 3 years. On my last visit I had a very bad experience. First of all they hit my car twice and they were pressing so hard when wiping with the cloth that the car was moving. There is only a question of time until they will scratch your car. Then they haven't cleaned the car properly. I had to tell them to come back and redo the interior. Lastly, when I approached the manager to provide feedback about this experience he never apologised and acted baffled like there was something wrong with me. If the management is like this one can only imagine the staff they employ... Totally careless and poor service, even rude. Sorry but best to avoid these days

Went around midday on a Wednesday - was quiet and they did an inside and out clean for £12 in about 20 minutes - very fast and efficient. The inside could be a bit cleaner, but outside looking great!
