Extortionate price for a terrible job and the customer service is non existent. I paid £22 for my car to be cleaned inside and out. The guys doing the job paid very little attention and really didn’t care. I tried to point out a few times that they weren’t doing a good job and asked them to do it better. The manager was very pushy and just wanted me to pay and get out of the way, he was very intimidating and I felt I had to pay even though they had done such a terrible job. My husband came down to offer me some support and the manager totally lost his cool and was swearing at us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a total rip off and I genuinely felt threatened.

Vehicles are always cleaned to gleam on the outside and when we've required more thorough interior workwe've always been presented with a vehicle that's got showroom qualities

Have used before and usually pretty decent. Today they have put the price up from £16 to and advertised £20 for an inside and outside clean. The car was still dripping wet and inside was not cleaned properly then £22 was demanded. They were clearly just out to extort customers on the day lockdown is partially lifted. Disgusting.

This place is definitely a hit and miss establishment. I own an older but tidy car and feel like they pay more attention to the new luxury cars. Out of the last 3 times I’ve been there on only 1 occasion have they done a good job and the last 2 have been mediocre at best.
I only got the outside wash but should that mean that I shouldn’t get a good outside clean?
I feel like 3 stars is a fair score for the money paid and the experience I’ve had.

I was disappointed because the car wasn’t cleaned inside as I expected. The outside was done perfectly, but spending that amount of money I would have expected more. There’re very friendly tho. Take this review as feedback for you to improve your quality service. I’ll be happy to come again.

They are taking advantage of people due to corona, £22 for a small car to be badly washed and half vacummed. Awful service, for the price you get windows inside and out cleaned, dashboard cleaned and air freshener. The inside was dirtier then it was prior to getting the so called clean. No windows cleaned, no dashboard cleaned and no air freshener. AVOID at all costs don't waste your time with these people.

Pretty bad. Just left and drove off without even looking at the interior properly as big queues and rushing to get my toddler in his seat. Looks like they haven’t even bothered inside. Still filthy and I paid £30 for inside and out

Best car wash in south west London by a mile!!
We travel 30mins for Ali’s great service.
Offers to go beyond to ensure the car is taken care of and looking brand new!
We had a large scratch on the side of the drivers door which he offered to buff out and did so leaving it without a mark! Very happy with service and will continue to use on a fortnightly basis.
Ali is a great guy with a great team.

Went there the week before for "mini valet", the service I got was even poorer than normal inside out cleaning. I wouldn't recomend this car wash as their service seems to be selective on the type of the car and not on the price you pay for the service.

Just went for a car wash this morning. They have increased the price from 14£ to 20£. The quality of the wash is appalling. I had to request to clean the inside twice as the dashboard was full of dust. The outside was poor and not worth the 20£. Other clients complained that prices were too expensive for the quality.

I visited Mint Green car wash for the first time today to get my car cleaned and it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money and efficient service like no other. They done an incredible job and made my car look brand new! Staff were really friendly with me and others there too. Highly recommend if you want a good professional car wash for good value and quality!

Have used these guys for years for car washing and one previous interior valet. My husband called to book our car in for an interior valet - clarified on the phone that it was an INTERIOR not full valet, at a price of £99. A date was agreed. I drop the car off saying “my husband has booked a valet”. They were expecting the car, and noone asked for any further details or discussed the price with me. Apparently because I didn’t say the words “interior” valet they proceeded to do a full valet, and when my husband went to collect the car tried to charge him £199! When my husband referred to the booking, the guy was completely dismissive. In the end they agreed to “discount” to £169. Pretty sharp practice and we won’t be returning, which is a shame as they do a good job.

Amazing work! I wish I’d taken before and after photos! My car was filthy, dog hair, sand, a dirty headliner. It really was atrocious! I had a full valet and apart from being very pleased with the result, I also thought the customer service was great. Thank you!

Extremely terrible car wash. I was paying £4 more than my nearest car wash (about 5 minutes down the road) for my ‘medium sized car’. £16 is steep for inside and out!
They didn’t hoover the drinks compartment, and didn’t wipe anything inside the car (literally). They didn’t hoover the floor or clean my mats (like the description states they do). My car is still dusty and dirty inside. Not to mention the outside which could have done with a better clean (e.g they didn’t even touch inside the door handles which was grimy).
I should have noticed when they only took about 10 minutes for everything! Usually my local spends at least 30 mins cleaning my car.
In the end I paid £16 for a 50p air freshener (that I had to ask for even though the description says it’s included in the price).
Save your money and do not visit this so called ‘Car Wash’. Huge unprofessional scam! AVOID!

Visited for the first time today after I tried the one in earlsfield the other weekend and wasnt wholly impressed. I think they did a good job today, a few marks still left but nothing major. I had a lot of sticky sap from the trees so looks much better. Added bonus is they take card payments. I will be visiting again.

AVOID! Bad attitude of staff and they don’t clean well at all. They made my interior MORE dusty since they beat the floor mats right by your open door and then have the cheek to say that the “only the full valet” includes the cleaning up of this dust that they spread everywhere. £22 to make your interior look WORSE!?? NEVER AGAIN

I would recommend going when slightly quieter as they will lavish your car with love an attention.
The owner Emil is really friendly and clearly cares about his staff and customers - also owns a very cool 90's merc.
They also accept card payment is already a one-up over most other car washes

The outside of the car is fine but the inside looks barely touched. My back seat still has hair all over it and the side pockets in the doors haven't been cleaned at all. The floors are still messy and all around the handbrake and gear stick. Went back to ask if it could be done over again as it's still dirty and was told anything that doesn't come off right away when they hoover (which they literally do for about 3 minutes for the whole car) has to be valeted and that's £10 more. We had already paid £16 so feels like an absolute rip off to be honest. Also no air freshener. You can get much better service for less elsewhere.
