Avoid this place at all costs. I have a brand new car, not long off the for court that was dirty so took it there today for a wash and mini valet that cost £25.
When we collected the car there was still dirt down the left hand side and we had to get the cloth ourselves to clean it. Once we got home and car was dried we found numerous spots including inside the car, where the car had just been wiped with a dirty cloth and had left streak marks all over the inside of the car doors.
Inside the car we had more problems. The car alarm sensors were dripping wet and the alarm kept going off, my partner dried them out thankfully.
There is white spots and smears all over the car doors on the outside.
Our floor mats were also soaked and smeared with mud too.
Now, we never rushed them, there was only one other car there and we left the car for an hour. We also have a new scratch on the back of the car but we can't prove or disprove that it wasn't there beforehand.
The service is shoddy, and I wish I had checked other reviews on Google before going there. But I won't be going there again.

Always very happy. Outside is always great. If I take my car in and it’s a bit grubby inside it comes out like new. If I’ve left it way too long (and I know when I have) it doesn’t come out absolutely perfect, but I wouldn’t expect it too.

Prices are higher then in the retest local car washes. £10 per outside wash.
Usually one side of the car is washed better then other one. Keeps forgetting about mirrors and panoramic roof.

Family car wash took about 15 mins, super quick and thoroughly cleaned inside and out for £20. A bit steep considering prices at other places but all in all a good car wash.

No not for me. The place is a logistical nightmare, once you're in, you can't get out as there is a narrow alleyway for access. The prices inside are not the same as those on the sign outside. My car wash took well over an hour and was charged £10 for outside only! They didn't even wipe round the doors and boot. I won't be returning.

Upon complaining about a precious experience, I returned following an email from the company for a comp car wash. This experience was much better and the staff seemed to take more care and time. The wash was still not perfect, but acceptable therefore 3/5.

Pathetic service. I’ve been here a number of times and I’ve finally decided to avoid this place completely. They always leave the car dirty somewhere and when you ask them to clean the bits they left dirty, they make comments like: “yeah, big problem”. There is no way that they can clean properly the inside of the windshield. Furthermore, to show that they have cleaned, they move everything, even the steering wheel adjustment, which takes me ages to reset just as it was before. On one occasion they chipped the paint on the arches of my car with the jet wash and when I complained, they said that I should have warned them that the paint there might have come off. Never again.

£8 outside and £17 inside and out. You only see the prices once you're inside down a narrow passage between 2 buildings so you can't reverse out if you change your mind. There was still mess inside the car too!

Definitely returning. I had a few scratches on my vehicle so I booked a last min super valet in Sutton hand car wash and they polished my car a got rid of all the scratches, honestly it was worth the time I waited. ????????????????????

I went there today to wash my car “only outside” the price was 8£, I paid 8 + 2£ tips because I saw a good team pretty focus to what they do.. When I back at home I checked the car and I was surprised “again” the alloy wheels on the right side completely dirty, it’s the second time I go there and the first was not 100% cleaned I gave them another chance... well they lost a client. AVOID!

Every time I go I wonder why, terrible clean, awful design if busy and only a few people working there so takes ages, they miss large parts, had to do it again myself. Shame as really local but awful... Just awful, I've been maybe 4 times in hope they'll get better... Never happened. Anyone who gives this more than one star works for or is friends of them

Price increased significantly to £17 along with service quality decreasing slightly. Not happy att all with the quality of the last car wash and I suspect that a damage on the door inside was done while washing the car. Time to change car wash!!

Went there on saturday morning, busy as I expected. Whole process took about 30min. It was a sunny day so everyone want their rides to shine:)
Serivce is really poor, car was washed but wiped only half way through. When I ask to finish other half, guy said something in his language and finish with angry face????♂️ For sure I wont be coming back, sorry.

Tried this place a couple of weeks ago, I went in with two car matts came out with only one. Asked the guy he couldn't find it then handed me some next tiny car matt I said no, he told me to come back in two weeks to get a new one. Took ages to do the car and I had to make sure everything was done to standard myself. Charged 18 quid for outside and inside. Ripped off.

Visit this place if you want your car scratched. Unprofessional staff with each one holding a cigarette in their hand. Definitely not worth £17 for an inside and out clean. AVOID!
